Nearing in at 9000 Steps today with 8907. No more oxycodone for the last two days so I should be OK with spelling. :-)

44 cybex/23 treadmill, both hill intervals @ level 10. followed with leg presses: squat, plié & calf; seated leg curls & seated leg extensions.

I'm not even close to an expert but more into finding what works me. I'm thinking if all you want to do is lose weight on the scale you could wear sweats with hood and all and break a good sweat. I really love the fact that you retain water as well as you do. I'll bet you have good skin even for a dry climate.
