Insanity, Day 22 (yesterday was actually day 21 - oops). The most grueling of all "Month 1" workouts - 42 minutes of "Pure Cardio", following by 16 minutes of ab exercises.

And then, one hour of arms.

I felt incredibly strong today for some reason. I went up in either weight or reps on all of my exercises, and felt like there was room for more.

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

:-)

pyramid supersets for each of five iterations for legs (kept the weight a wee bit lighter on the curls so hopefully my hammies won't scream at me for 4 days this time)

one set each:

deadlift/bent over rows / barbell

supine bench press/barbell

supine bench press w/rotation (dumbbells)

supine overhead pullovers (dumbbell)

the day's allotment of squats pliés bridges

and 400 measly crunches

stretch

then wonderful refuel & catch up time with ssgp

Insanity day 22 - a day off after 8 straight cardio workout days. *Check*. Sleep in one extra hour. Woot woot!

Leg day on weights.

yeeeshhh it's been days since i posted

lessee: lotsa gruüvy cardio--check

one very nice gym w/o (pyramid supersets for legs & 3 sets chest/upper body)

some squats pliés and crunches

and more gruüvy cardio sessions

i'm at either 121 or 122 (maybe 123?) days straight

back to the gym tomorrow night

...yeah not sure I'm in that crowd but have a good one.

One hour of weights and cardio .draggin for sure...I'll take a day off tomorrow.. just because.

Really dragged ass the last 1/3 of my arm workout, but made it.

"Chest-deep in snow, in both directions?"....but for a real workout you need to will wait for it to snow agan for the way back.

One hour of weights and cardio! Very sweaty
