Eating leftovers, but then I always do! I had 8 oz. of baked turkey and 4 oz. baked sweet potato for lunch. Now to pre-workout and the gym, back and biceps today with 30 minutes of cardio and core work.

One full Power Hour! I did my fair share of eating too and wait for it.... 175.2 lbs! I know the debauchery will count someday..but not today. :-)
