yesterday was three gruüvy rounds of cardio and the day's allotment of squats & pliés

and since i fell asleep sitting up before i could do anything else, that was it.

back to the gym tonight.

2 hours of pole with some handstand work thrown in there. Trying to get this move where you handstand to butterfly handstand and then swing the leg that is out around and end up in an inverted V straddle spin, my shoulders are not wanting to play nice.

Bursitis in the shoulder so moved today to Back and Biceps (and Abs)

Leg ups on flat bench 4x30,30,30,40

Lat Pull Downs wide grip, 4 sets; Reverse close grip Lat Pull Dowsn 3 sets,

Dumb Bell Rows 3 sets

Cable Row 5 sets

Super Set of Dumb Bell Curls - four exercises (this one is highly recommended if you want to feel the burn) - Front Hammer, Side Hammer, Curl and Twists 3 sets of 10,12,14 reps (haven't felt this kind of burn in in the arms in a long time!)

Cable Curls 4 sets

Cable Oblique Twists 4 sets of 25

Chair Crunches 3x30,30,40

20 minutes on spin bike Thingy

...hoping this shoulder thing doesn't linger too long!

Heavy weight day. i am tired. Increased my shoulders to 130 lbs lifting over my head for 2 sets of eight reps and then a set of five then 2 reps. Curls on the machines increased to 115 from 110lbs. then did the same reps as above.

Tomorrow if the wind ever stops i am going spearfishing for an intense cardio calories burn.

3 gruüvy cardio sessions (morning midday evening)--that 's my jam!

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs (for some reason my legs, particularly my hips, were just not up for the full 3 sets tonight...hmmmm)

three sets each:

seated rows

overhead presses

seated fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls

back extension

and...today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges

550 crunches (skipped the last set of 150)

added pilates roll ups to the mix

no stretch but delicious and precious cool down/froufrou decaf latte with my SSGP <3
