Finished 13.1 miles in Juneau Alaska and took 1st place in the Master's Division (I know that sounds so sad) and wife took 2nd in the women's Masters division. Tough hilly course with rain and wind. Then we had a workout trying to fly home on Sunday!

well I was going to hit Jillian this morning, but after 20 stalls, dumping tubs, moving around 40lb bags of bedding, and hefting 50lb bags of grain, I think I will just wait until later and work do rockin legs and abs which is my stretching routine. After taking the kids shopping for back to school.

Well, today I got arm day in and it went great, but I am having a change of plans forced on me.

While slicing some ribeye for breakfast this morning I put a *deep* cut in my right hand, right between my middle fingers. That hand will not be able to bear any significant weight for at least. 4 days.

So, it'll be biking in the morning instead of weights for the next while......
