squats, plies, crunches, and a 30 minute combo yoga practice.

it wasn't a lot but it was not a good day to go heavy so...better sumthin than nothin.

today was a down day for me too, barn work in the AM and then 3 hours of dance tomorrow night.

Saturday- another 3 hours of dancing in high heels. Tweaked something in my calf when I managed to catch a 7 inch stiletto on the pole wrong.

I don't work any particular muscle groups on a particular day. Between squats in heels, and picking my body weight up off the floor with my arms or legs I just work it all at the same time. Cardio is putting music on an lifting my body weight to music. Or shoulder rolls, or reverse pushups, etc.

Sunday is supposed to be a rest day, but ended up dancing for a little over an hour.

of course all the dancing is in addition to working on the farm caring for 20 horses daily.
