Figured out we could just use this thread to share our workouts.

Back, Biceps, (primary), Chest (secondary)

Warm up - bench leg raises 50 reps, pull ups - 3 sets of 10

Seated row - 9 sets pyramid scheme

Standing cable lat downs - 7 sets

Upper cable seated lat downs - 5 sets

Super set preacher curls, dumb bell hammer curls and dumb bell curls - 3 sets

Decline bench press pyramid/reverse pyramid scheme - 10 sets

Got to see and spend post w/o time with my SSGP <3

2-3 miles on the treadmill, back/biceps and core (planks) work.

i had a nice run of cardio plus weights at the gym.

but, for the last few days, cardio only.

shooting for the gym tomorrow night.

I've cut my glider mile by 1.5 min Woot Woot

Have been sluffing off for a couple weeks. Yesterday I ran 2 miles and then did chest/shoulders/triceps. Today I will do a couple more miles and do back and biceps.

KJ, BLM, thanks. Shoulder rotatorcuff recovery has been ok for a few weeks now. Cortisone is a miracle drug .......lol!!

It's the bronchitis that set me back. Dr prescribed prednisone for it, oddly enough. Finally feeling good again!
