Figured out we could just use this thread to share our workouts.

it has been cardio more cardio and squats and crunches and situps.

yesterday when it hurt to breathe i counted walking around the mall....cause it wore me out.

today gonna try a little bit of gentle elliptical and see how it goes.

sweeping, vacuuming cleaning house. i picked up a cold at the NYE Party so its all i can do. Lucky fish i was going to go spearfishing today.

Boot Camp class for me today. Lot of upper body ,ropes,push-ups . For Hubby today it's the climbing machine (that thing is evil ).
