one hour of chair dance (with about a thousand squats in heels, and a gazillion hip circles) and a couple of hours of pole...Tired now. And twisted ballerina is so not my right sides friend right now

Working through the Max OT 26 week program. Seeing decent results. Today is shoulders.

Yeah...used to love running longer distances but had a hard time keeping weight. Stopped and it quickly came back on. Now just trying to find a balance so that I don't lose what muscle I get from weights.

i really can't handle running--i wish i could--it'd be so much easier to get the cardio in and a lot more interesting to set up a few running routes.

sigh. if only "preventing loss" were an issue.

Yondude, weight loss is tough to prevent if your mileage gets up there. I struggle in the summer to maintain my weight. Today I ran 6 but stopped by the gym in mid-run for an full body workout and then continued on in muggy nasty conditions.

Focusing on weights and core. Running is out since I've dropped to 185 and wish to go no further on weight loss. I've start started seeing some outline to my abs so that's a great surprise.
