My body is worked out. 5 hours of kayaking yesterday and then dancing to rock and roll for two hours without a stopping.

Today heavy weights day and at 8pm dancing for two or three hours to a really good beetles tribute band.

tomorrow an easy day of kayaking, go to a spot and drop and anchor and fish for carp and smoke a cigar. then an intense day of free diving spearfishing for stripers on the Colorado river on Monday.

then on Tuesday eat like a pig and so on for a couple of days to put the weight back on that I burned off.

Woke up late here too. I'm so sore. Hit the gym five times this week and I can feel it.

*sniff*

My alarm didn't go off and I didn't have time for exercise before my baseball game. So today, it's a miss. I'll have to borrow the next rest day to keep on schedule.

P.S: the best part of the night was the winding down/quick refresh and catching up with my SSGP

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

1 set, max weight, for each of five iterations for legs

3 sets:

deadlift/bent over rows

supine bench press

supine bench press w/rotation

supine overhead pullovers

2 sets x 45: squats, pliés, bridges

500 measly crunches

....then again considering i'm only a day out from a minor procedure, not too bad.
