So I admit I started cheating. Light workout early in the week. Did a more intense workout Thursday.

Hiya Rosie! Well then anxiety is a good thing remember that when it you think it has you. ;-) ....that's a lot of work woman! Looking HOT!

Food 4 Exercise 3 Went to the farmers market and got a bunch of veggies.. you can have some of ours. :-)

WOD - same as always... BUT it's FRIDAY! Love Friday workouts.

Food has been great just need to add more veggies! Been dividing time between weights, arc trainer, climber elliptical thingy and stair mill. Today did 23 minutes of stair mill and it said I climbed 105 floors. Nothing like a little anxiety going on in life to get you moving !!! Especially when alarm goes off at five and you keep snoozing!!!

No two year old watching tonight... going to make it rest day. Pretty sore.
