Heavy weight day. i am tired. Increased my shoulders to 130 lbs lifting over my head for 2 sets of eight reps and then a set of five then 2 reps. Curls on the machines increased to 115 from 110lbs. then did the same reps as above.

Tomorrow if the wind ever stops i am going spearfishing for an intense cardio calories burn.

3 gruüvy cardio sessions (morning midday evening)--that 's my jam!

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs (for some reason my legs, particularly my hips, were just not up for the full 3 sets tonight...hmmmm)

three sets each:

seated rows

overhead presses

seated fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls

back extension

and...today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges

550 crunches (skipped the last set of 150)

added pilates roll ups to the mix

no stretch but delicious and precious cool down/froufrou decaf latte with my SSGP <3

Chest, Triceps Super Setting Work Out for mass build and Core Ab work to warm up.

Followed by some very special stretching, cool down and caffeinating time with my VSSGP!

Wow cumjoinus900 those yoga positions are doing wonders for your figure lady! Welcome to the machine. ...

Got my hour of weights and cardiovascular but I'll tell you last Saturday night dancing still has me feeling the burn...got to practice more that's for sure.
