l lift weights four or five days a week, Separating my muscle groups on each day, No more then one hour an any given day, and really seldom eat sweets.

I love a challenge Sadukar and the10 min jump rope part should get the heart rate up alright. .. but not giving up carbs just yet. .. damn nynjlovescardio..15!!!

WOD - 30 min weights 30 min sta. bike ..still have not been able to get the bikes on the road..but weight is dropping. :-) how's the weight VA?

35 level 5 on the stairmill, and then 35 on the treadmill hill intervals level 15.

Forgot to mention few things..if you decide to this cardio do it once a week preferably on the weekend. If you are on a low carb diet eat half (1/2) Lindt chocolate before doing it. If you are on a regular diet..eat something before it. That cardio burn in excess of 800 cal with a heart rate above 130 b/min...so if you have heart issue that is not for you..and also drink plain water.

today: nearly halfway thru an hour of boot camp level 10, to be followed by some level 10 hill intervals on the treadmill, then most likely a light legs with the weights.

Try this: 10 min elliptical, 10 min jump rope, 10 min situps, 10 min shadow boxing holding 5 lb dumbbell, 20 min elliptical . No rest in between.
