yesterday was about 90 minutes of pole, and I got in close to 13,000 steps. And of course barn work is a given. And figured out that my fitbit is breaking apart right under the screen :(

working on the house this week-end again so no other workouts but that a barn.

Trooper is gone Mon-Fri this week so all the lifting and dumping of tubs from the barn and stuff will fall to me.

singleminded, it's been 90+ degrees and 90% humidity around here lately. It's just more comfortable. Today is supposed to be nicer. I'd rather run outdoors. Although the gym does have some nice looking people in tight clothes...

Scott, this is a genuine question, not a nasty one.

If you have the impressive motivation to do 10 miles on a treadmill, why not go outside and do those same miles on where you can feel the breeze, hear the birds, and meet others doing the same thing?

No hyperbole, working out at the beach here in SoCal has proven to be so much more effective than SLS (or any other online meeting medium).

Is your local gym simply hopping?

Ten miles on a multiple speed/incline treadmill. The usual for a non-weight day.

just starting my attitude adjustment hour. first up 45 glute camp to be followed by 15 t/m hill intervals.

rounding off with weights/legs.
