Today marked one year on our weight loss journey, marked it by Volume Depletion/Rep Range Lactic Acid shoulder workout. And in a year I am down 106 lbs and hubby down 127 lbs and still moving forward. Loving how more healthy we have become. Mrs Kess

I haven't been slacking. I've not missed a workout since I got back from Virginia last week. I've also managed to get in about 60 miles on the bike and played a baseball game, plus around 4 miles of walking on the beach last weekend.

today was 45 of glute camp in the morning and then 45 hill intervals on the treadmill at level 10.

sunday & monday it was an hour of glute camp each. saturday, DOR.

Hmmm..I see a lot of slackers lately.. :-) Back in the saddle and it feels good!

30 min sta.bike and 20 min weights. Weight jumped up and surgery at the end of June. Crapola!!!

a bit less than an hour of cybex glute camp followed by half an hour of hill intervals on the treadmill, both level 10.

kesslyx, great job on the 5K. did you run? walk? or some combo? i did one last year (walked it) at 47:52:13.

yesterday was an hour of glute camp. heading in now for more of the same followed by hill intervals on the treadmill. prolly once over lightly on the weights too. i've been seriously neglecting the weight training lately.
