What happened to REST?
That's not even "mobility" (which I should have done today; Murph started hitting me this evening, about 30 hours after the WOD my muscles are SORE).

OK - so this guy at the gym sends me a message.."Gonna do the 10,000 challenge, you gonna be there?"
Me, "Rest Day...but what is it?"
"Using Crossfit Total Movements, lift 10,000# with equal reps for time! Come on!"
Me, "ok, I'm in!"

Back Squat - 20 @ 165# = 3,300
Strict Press - 19 @ 95# = 1,805
Deadlift - 20 @ 245# = 4,900

10,005 in 7:42

SVC - That's great! I've never attempted a full Murph yet, have done two half-Murphs no vests.

Great work this week. Love to get PR's

Rest day today, WOD tomorrow then intro with sons on Saturday and Rest until Tuesday.

My body could use the rest!

Quick Post - WOD - MARY - 20:00 AMRAP

5 Hand-stand Push Ups (I did a mix of attempts and toes on box)
10 Pistols (5 each side)
15 Pull-ups (resorted to 1 red band from ground to get the reps in)

5 rounds + 26

And tomorrow....we rest!

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls unweighted bar

Strength - Front Squat 3/3/3/3 - Back squat 20X @165
185/195/205/215 - 10# PR for 3x!

15 Overhead Squats RX 95 - I did 75
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls RX 95 - I did 75

Elizabeth: 10 mins 36 secs | Rx'd (PR by 3 mins 11 secs!!!!)

21-15-9 reps, for time of: Clean (95 lbs), Ring Dip. Cleans felt much faster, thought the dips were slower (since they were mostly singles) but I was only resting <10 sec between reps. Very happy with the PR!
