Abs, Back, Triceps

Core exercises - total 1,150 reps

Super Sets:

Lat Pull Downs Wide Grip and Reverse Close Grip Lat Pull Downs 4 sets each

Cable Row and EZ Bar Bend Over Rows 4 sets each

One Arm Cable Lat Pull Downs and Standing Lat Pull Downs Close Grip 4 sets each

Dips and Cable Rope Lat Pull Downs 4 sets each

Close Grip Bench Press and Dumb Bell Incline Bench Tricep Extensions 4 sets each

30 minutes on spin bike "Thingy"....

Sunday 40 min glider thingy - ran into future SIL :)

2 gruüvy cardio sessions-lil bit over an hour all told

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

one set standing oblique cable pulls

one set back extensions

...short on time so that's all i could fit at the gym. gonna try to get in today's allotment of squats pliés etc. we'll see!

Bench Leg Raises, Wind Mills and Lying Crunches 50,50, 75

Super sets:

Smith Rack Bench Press and Flys

Incline Dumb Bell Bench Press and Push Ups

Incline Flys, Dips and Cable Flys

Super Sets:

EZ bar reverse curls, Dumb Bell Front Hammer Curls, Side Hammer Curls and Curls

Dumb Bell Forearm twists

Very nice and special after gym time and refuel with my VSSGP!!!

500 crunches

and precious catch-up time with ssgp <3
