3 sets for each of five iterations for legs

3 sets:

seated rows

overhead press

fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls

back extensions

and once i finish up this bit o'work, will do today's allotment of squats pliés bridges and crunches

Decline Bench Leg Lifts and Hanging Crunches to warm up 4x25

Hanging bar pull ups 4 sets to failure, Diverging Lat Downs 5 sets to failure, Upper Cable Pulley Lat Pull Downs 6 sets to failure, Cable T Bar Lat Downs Using Incline Bench 4x12, Rows 3x12, Dumb Bell Rows 4x10, Close Grip Lat Pull Downs 4x10

Chair Crunches (weighted) 2x50, Oblique Twists (weighted) 4x50 (2 each side)

i declared today an ARD. too many nights of 4-1/2 to just under 5 hrs sleep. shooting for 6 tonight.

One hour spin on bike "thingy" followed by 60 minutes of Yoga...which was not easy :(

Crunches and decline leg lifts to warm up 4x25

Dumb Bell bench pull overs superset with close grip bench press (using single dumb bell) 4x8

Smith rack bench press pyramid 4x8

Smith rack incline bench press 4x8 then 1 burn out set

Dumb Bell bench press 4x8

Upper cable Flys 4x20

Parallel dips using 25 lb plate 4x8

Pec deck fly machine 4x8

Lower cable pulley push ups 20 or to failure

Chair crunches 4x25

Oblique twist machine 4x25

cybex glute camp followed by treadmill hill intervals at level 10. just over an hour total. gruüvy!

60 minutes on spin bike "thingy ". Intervals - 30 minutes climbing followed by 30 minutes of sprints.

Abs - chair crunches, cable twists, leg lifts, hanging crunches, chair twists, crunches... 1000 total reps.
