@chezde - "My guess is it does yield results???" I could answer this in so many ways... I do yin and power yoga (hotter room, moves a lot faster, works the whole body). I have been doing various kinds of yoga this entire century because it makes my brain quiet, but the muscle, flexibility and cardiovascular capacity come in handy for sex and there aren't many shapes I can't bend into. ;-)

@goodgollymsmolly "Aren't you sorry you asked? ;)" "Yoga torture", lol. I've been doing a yoga for cyclists class once a week after our spin class. I find it challenging to say the least, so I can't imagine yin yoga in 94 degrees for an hour plus. My guess is it does yield results???

Yesterday abs and back, I.E. routine still in progress. Today, cardio, 1 hour cycling group spin.
