Thanks VA and I agree..where's the pics from camp? ! One step at a time for me...Hey PG..barn work always sounds HOT!!! ;-).. singlemindedgent welcome and post your workouts for the day even if it's just lifting a beer. We have plenty of what to do's but try to focus on what you do.

Ok..5875 Steps..nearing 6000...has not been easy actually.

55 of glute camp and 20 of treadmill hill intervals both level 10 then my usual legs over lightly still at 100 for presses and 50 for extensions/curls. the mewskles are building, now to reincorporate some flexibility in there.

cardio felt guüd today--nice long slow burn.

last few days just working in the barn and on redoing the house. My right shoulder is bugging me I think from all the painting. Luckily I have a date with the man with the magic hands tomorrow.

Good WOD to do @ home:

5 rounds:

20 kettlebell swings 10 single arm kn snatches each arm 20 goblet squats

All with 53 lbs KB. Was happy to get through 4 rounds unbroken. Had to drop in between last few snatches of round 5.
