trying completely new upper body workouts along with "tweaked" legs (supersetting -- 8 sets -- varying the weights and rep counts on the leg machines)

so today was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions (including glute camp my ole fave @ level 10)

supersets (8 sets each) on each of five iterations for legs

then:

2 sets svend presses

4 sets of 10 reps on 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersetting (3 sets each):

incline bench 2 dumbbell chest flyes incline dumbbell squeeze presses

and finished with supersets (3 sets each)

stability ball overhead 2-dumbbell pullovers with stability ball one arm flyes with 2 dumbbells

(12 reps each set)

**praying tomorrow is not the zombie apocalypse, lol

Today is going to be one of those Holiday Food Challenge days... not sure if it will be a total RD or a need to maybe get in a quick cardio spin wo later...

@ VA, unofficially, "gruüvy "

OnT: extended gruüvy elliptical session (the one i dislike with the arm thingies that has a completely unnatural stride--but i make myself use it at the gym once in a while for variety)

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

one set max weight:

seated rows overhead press fixed pulldowns back extension

i'll get today's allotment of squats pliés etc done in a lil bit

Did a leg workout while watching the local giraffe give birth. LOL. I statted pushing with her. LOL. Then moved field stone for a couple of hours. Will finish with abs, planking and shoulders after dinner

started my day with some cardio.

heading to the gym shortly for a medium intensity workout including more cardio.

Dancing last night was part of my workout. I boogied down , dancing in a squat for a little bit showing off and pulled my lower back muscle on the right side. Slight pull but its going to affect my kayaking tomorrow.

Insanity, Day 31. Plus arms.

Tomorrow is supposed to be day 32, but it ain't gonna happen. We are going out overnight with some friends and will be drinking by a pool until about 3 pm tomorrow. There is no way I'm going to work out. So I bump the schedule forward, and day 32 will be Monday.
