90 minutes of weights and core. Started back to running since I'm preregistered for a Spartan Race. Gonna be awesome!

3 hours of dance. too many shoulder rolls to count, I'm sure I'm going to have a lovely bruise. Straddle splits...leg over the shoulder splits. oye....

In honor of 9/11.

2001m Row then 11 box jumps (first time jumping since back surgery) 11 thrusters 65 lb 11 chest-2-bar pullups (used light band) 11 power cleans 95 lb 11 handstand pushups 11 kettlebell swings 16 kg 11 toes-2-bar 11 deadlifts 145 lb 11 push jerks 75 lb Bummed it took me 27:54 (took too much rest between movements). But happy I made it all the way through and lifting heavier than 3 weeks ago when I restarted Crossfit. This weekend is officially 3 months since surgery and I'm allowed to do "jerking" movements. mrs svc

Jillian Shred with Trooper started off the day, even though I'm still having issues with abdominal swelling and it didn't go down over night. Light dance day, only about 2 hours.
