Abs and Legs today

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

3 sets max weight on each of five iterations for legs

3 sets seated row

3 sets fixed pulldowns

today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges

400 crunches

a quickie stretch

just wasn't getting in to the w/o gruüvy frame of mind tonight.

BUT....enjoyed the refuel and precious time with my SSGP <3

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

1 set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

3 sets each:

deadlift/bent over row

supine bench press/barbell

supine bench press w/rotation (dumbbells)

supine overhead pullovers

squats pliés bridges

and 500 crunches

quickie stretch

....and precious catch up time with my SSGP <3

Definitely a stopping point.

One hour of weights and cardio! PLUS a ton of City stepping. .I'm not sure which one was more but I'll take both.

yesterday was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions. finally got 6 hrs sleep last night & feeling much more like me.

today so far 2 gruüvy cardio sessions. i don't think there's going to be more but hey ya never know. miss my SSGP <3

2 (longish) gruüvy cardio sessions

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

one set each (max weight again):

seated rows

overhead press

seated/fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls (each side)

back extensions

....still not enough sleep and achey all over so it was an abbreviated workout today

Today was a great workout!!! Had a massage yesterday so I am pumped up today!

3 sets of 15 bench press @140 lbs Pull ups concentrating on up back! 200 reps of Ab workouts with 2 mins of rest in between each 30 reps Cardio: jump roping for 15 mins!

Wow feel great and energized!
