Cardio day - 50 minutes on stationary bike trainer (spin group), with some good challenging intervals.

KJ, stick with it....it is possible and does get easier.

This is "recovery week" for Insanity. The week between month 1 and month 2. I do the same workout 6 days in a row. Today was day 3.

"Hip flexor burners" and "shoulder burners" are murder. 3 days in I'm a little stronger doing these but wow... I'm so sore.

Then, arms.

20 min treadmill, 30 min glider

While I've been off enjoying FL the gym added rowing machines. It has been decades since I've rowed and tomorrow I'm going to give it another go. If all goes well I might join the Winter Regatta (indoor rowing event) Saturday morning or maybe watch and cheer or since it is at 7am maybe just dream about it LOL

Abs: incorporated I. E. routine for lower, upper abs and obliques.
