Did my 5*5 today, tripped slightly on some shoes left in the hallway and my legs almost gave out. Caught myself on the wall falling. Heavy squats take a crapload out of you ;)

Did a different version of the "12 Lifts" this morning. Took a bit longer (51:12) but I was on my own and had to talk myself out of quitting about 3 times.

12 Sledgehammer swings, 11 Snatches 65 lbs, 10 Box Jumps 24 in, 9 Double Unders, 8 Hang Cleans 65 lbs, 7 Pull-ups, 6 Air Squats, 5 Ring Dips, 4 Overhead Squats 65 lbs, 3 Burpees over Bar, 2 Tire Flips 180 lbs, 1 Rope Climb.

Done just like the song. 1, then 2 & 1, then 3, 2 & 1, then 4, 3, 2, 1, etc. 1 Clean & Jerk 65#, 2 modified Muscle Ups, 3 Wall Balls 14#/9', 4 Medicine Ball Cleans 14#, 5 Push Press 65#, 6 Pull-ups, 7 Box Jumps, 20", 8 Kettlebell Swings 16 kg, 9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 16 kg, 10 Jumping Alternating Lunges, 11 Burpee Broad Jumps, 12 Handstand Push Ups. 34:22

We call it "The 12 Lifts of Christmas".

Doing a different version tomorrow.

another HIIT hour. not time for much else once i finish up (got too much xmasing to get to)

After my leg day, the following day I did back, biceps, abs and cardio; late night yoga. Today was chest and triceps and cardio. I did inclined bench press on the machine as I felt my upper chest looked a bit flat and needed to be pumped up, especially for the dress I am about to put on.

about 10 minutes in to an hour at the mo. much needed.
