i had one gru├╝vy cardio session

and then i had my own snow cardio encounter. over an hour -- including shoveling and walking with the loaded shovel to a dumping spot that wouldn't block a neighboring vehicle.

i think that's enough for today. my fingers and toes finally thawed out. time for some chai.

Like Chezde, had two sessions with the snow blower thingy. 2 and half hours this morning and 2 this afternoon thanks to the plow truck driver.

Month of March - Extreme H.I. "Cardio Day" (Spin Class Cancelled)

Two Sessions with the Snow Blower "Thingy" ....

~one hour this morning and ~ one hour just finished..... heavy wet snow and hail makes heavy work lugging the machine

Can't wait for those "easy" Spin Classes to resume!

Core and Ab warm up for 15 minutes -

90 mins of Super Setting using Pyramid scheme for all exercises which are totally focused on Pecs/Chest Only!
