First time I've seen you post. Always great to see another gym rat. Elite status to me is bench twice your bodyweight deadlift 3x bw and 3x bw squat. I have the bench and squat but for some reason I can only pull 495 on deads. Maybe someday.

Upper body day for me!

Bench w/ DB, Dips, Pull-ups, Standing Shoulder Press, Pull-overs, Lateral Shoulder Raises, Anterior Shoulder Raises, Shrugs

My goal is to get attain elite lifting standards.

Today was arm day. Workout part 2 will be a bike ride. 20-30 miles methinks.

Gotta burn off the 1,000 calories or so I've already taken in today...

BLT I'm always .. well you know.. I've been told you grow out of it but I never have.

Started out with a quicky fuck followed by a heavy shoulder workout.

Today was leg day. I do one warm up set and then three sets. I work my entire leg -- quads and hamstring and calves. For the quads I warm up with leg extensions and move on to single dumbell squats and wide leg plie squats and finish up with calves (raises). I hit my shoulders with overhead presses and high pulls. I don't shrug as my traps are good. I end with a five minute cool down on the recumbent bike. I am done in 45 minutes as I super set.
