Im taking it nynj BUT counting on you to carry the weight here..BTW Weight isnt so bad either..175! Only one surgery on my schedule and that's plenty :-(

Weeding out my flower and veggie Beds My back hurts some .Nothing like digging in the dirt and being one with with earth .Besides my regular 2 hour gym work out this morning and now a 8 hours shift at the GERM Factory . What more could one women do LOL

i did the treadmill hills yesterday at slightly higher speeds for 45 minutes. great calories burned in return.

today leisurely walking and water walking (in a pool).

oh and i started a 10,000 squats challenge again 2 days ago which i add pliés to.

tonight i'll add crunchies to the squats & pliés.

tomorrow morning i will hit the treadmill early.

BLM: more surgery? be well, and make sure you give it proper recovery time.

Lately I cringe at the word's "tore up"..surgery for me at the of this month. :-(

Finally feeling good enough to get back into the gym today. Whew!

I tore my shoulders up on pole last night....they are pleasantly sore this morning. Got in my extra ab work too :)

I know I have said this before, but I seriously wish it was easier to take our bikes out for a ride. We have to use the truck and take them places if we want to ride. Youngest and I would ride pretty much every day if we could just ride from the house.
