yesterday was only one gruüvy cardio session...i had to nap to make up for two nights of way too little sleep.

today, 2 gruüvy cardio sessions plus i jumped right back in to the 10,000 squats challenge exactly where i left off several weeks ago (which means: OW!!!).

and a few 10 second plank holds. i really despise plank holds. my shoulders are so wimpy. gotta build em up.

i *will* get to the gym this week.

I had to get a compression bra for running; it's interesting to be out and about looking flat chested! I wear a D cup normally. My husband said I look thinner in the compression bra.

I started running this summer, and I can't believe I actually enjoy it now! I like getting around my neighborhood and checking things out, seeing the plants, hearing the birds, maybe listening to a podcast. I have a lot of roads with trees around here, so I just run down that block if I am sweating too much.

Best decision I ever made. I like it way better than the gym, which is too loud, smelly, germy, expensive, etc. for my preference.

yesterday was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

day before was 3

last night skipped the gym for some planned and absolutely delightful spa time with my ssgp. and then some ;-*

today, i *will* get to the gym. gotta keep the strength quotient up. gruüvy cardio session one already in the bag.

Back, Triceps and Abs

Core warmup - leg raises and kick twists with dumb bells, 3/50 superset

Lat pull down wide grip followed by reverse close grip pull downs 5/10

Seated row and ez bar curl super set 4/10

Dumb bell shoulder raises and dumb bell curls super set 3/10

Seated dips and dumb bell curls superset 2/10

Followed by totally awesome ssgp time at the spa and then some ;-*

a whole buncha cardio gruüvin in the past few days but no gym time. :'(

but hey my streak continues...apparently i am on day 284!

looking forward to a massage tomorrow evening (after continuing my streak in the morning!) with some special down time with my ssgp <3 <3

Yesterday Chest, Tris and Traps Today cardio, 27 miles on the road bike thingy.

Tomorrow may have to be a recovery day with some needed massage therapy scheduled and some ssgp special time in the plan!

Mix mortar, shovel mortar, throw blocks, put up scaffolding, throw blocks and mortar up scaffolding, tear down scaffolding ha ha ha. No need for a gym. Best part, listen to the birds and soak up the sun while I work!

friday was only one (***gasp!!!***) cardio session but it was a long gruüvy one

yesterday two gruüvy cardio sessions (including a long one to start the day) and legs over lightly at the gym.

gotta go figure out how many days long the streak is....
