wellll...i had 2 gruüvy cardio sessions.

and i was bookin it out to get to the gym for round 3 plus some legs/upper body.

yeah. black ice and *whop* *flump* and....notsomuch. luckily for me my ssgp drove out & met me for lattes and catchup time anyway. :-* <3

Holy crap - my cardio capacity has totally gone to shit over 4 months...

Month of March - Extreme H.I. Legs and Abs

Warm up - Abs and Core exercises 20 minutes - Decline Bench Leg Raises and Decline Bench Crunches followed by Hanging Upper Bar Crunches followed by Hanging Upper Bar Wind Mills (300 total reps)

~ One hour Leg Exercises using Pyramid scheme - Smith Rack Squats, Seated Leg Press, Lying Leg Curls, Seated Quad Press, Calf Presses - 5 sets each

30 minutes Spin Bike - intervals

Finish with 15 minutes of Chair Crunches and Oblique Twists 150 reps total

Got my hour of weights and cardio AND my 2-1/2 hours of snow shoveling...with a shovel...:-( I would have rather had a blower and spent the other time in the gym.

In retrospect, I *really* should have gone to the doctor when my respiratory infection refused to clear within a week. I was stubborn and insisted on clearing it myself, but that took 10 weeks. Then I ended up sick for a week with what I believe was a norovirus (one woman came to our house party not feeling well, and 3 of us were sick as dogs 2 days later with the same thing. Thanks lady.) Basically my ass was kicked from Christmas to end of February.

I got through it, even though it was "workout light". Days 3-5 are the hardest, in my experience, to drag your ass out of bed and get it done. Once we're a week in it's easy.
