just finishing an hour of intense cardio.

squats, plies, crunches, & relaxation yoga (so i can hopefully sleep) soon to follow.

Lifting day for Tom. Chest, back, arms, shoulders. Elliptical upper & lower body for Diane plus walk around the neighborhood this eve. with vanilla neighbor.

5 x 5 back squats @ 115 lb.

buy in 1000m row (4:15) then 6 rounds of 15 kettlebell swings 35 lb & 10 burpees. 14:32

almost feel back to normal after my June back surgery.

an hour of cardio level 9 at the gym this morning

Did weight workout yesterday morning. Today it's cardio on the Stairmaster Gauntlet for Tom. 45Min. Burns just over 600 calories. Diane doing a "Boogie Tone" class.

Yesterday wife and I did bench (7*5, 75% 1rm) Then we did 5 rounds of 30 seconds HIIT rowing, alternating (far more killer then it sounds) 50 KB swings 25 pushup 50 situp

My quads are still kinda trashed from a very heavy leg day on Tuesday but thinking of going today again, because I hate quad doms and I need to squat heavy about 3 times a week to avoid it.

My workout of the day consist of doing Cross Fit training with Cardio. goal is to get down to 10% BF. currently at about 15 %.
