Nothing the last couple of days, sort of ;-*

Did get a cardio workout in today - 20 mile, 54 mins on the Spin Bike "Thingy"...

I'm such a slacker... "my streak" is one day! <3

the way today went, that was a blessing.

yesterday: only 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

today: 3 gruüvy cardio sessions one of which was on the machine that i love to hate, the stairmill! hill intervals at level 5. prolly coulda done more/higher intensity if i hadn’t started wheezing during the most intense intervals. i remembered why i stopped going to that location: sonething in their HVAC triggers my asthma.

then legs (sorta) over lightly

seated rows

seated pulldowns

deadlift /bent over row combos

the wheezing sorta put the kibosh on my usual level of w/o

refuel and catch up — really nice! —with my ssgp :-* <3

After doing a heavy weights workout for my body i did a heavy jaw workout at lunch eating a massive salad..no fat in the salad but lot of veges beans and corn.

Arms and chest need a rest from kayaking so off to the gym for a heavy weight day. legs need a workout.

yesterday: more gruüvy cardio

today: two longish gruüvy cardio sessions

gym— yay!!!!

legs over sorta lightly

standing sven presses

1.5 rep barbell presses

supersets of: incline bench flyes and include bench dumbbell squeeze presses

supersets of: stability ball 2-dumbbell overhead pullovers and stability ball single arm flyes

standing core work with medicine ball

strrrrreeeetch

best part? refuel and precious ssgp time. :-* <3
