@njny: I have to tell you that is the best machine in the gym. PF doesn't have one. I wish it did.

last night when i got to the gym decided to switch out my favorite high calorieburn cardio & try something new.

so i spent 21 minutes (16 plus cool down) on the brutal looking stair machine. (the one with the endlessly rotating stairs). didn't get my heart rate up, was kinda slow, felt a bit bored, low calorie burn--wrote the machine off as "why'd i bother?"

then followed up with a bit less than an hour on a different machine.

today i've decided that boring low calorie burn machine could be a valuable ally in the war against gravity.

Today will be fab-pole and regular pole. Throwing some hula hoops in the truck and hopefully hooping with my younger daughter while killing time to pick up my older girl. Haven't tried a hoop in a bit, they were causing pain in my still healing ligaments on my right side. Wish it was easier to get the bikes in the truck, so her and I could bike in the park now that the weather is nice. Need to get the tailgate latch fixed AGAIN.

I did a second workout of back and biceps and a bit more cardio. I am feeling great lately....hmm......wonder why....LMAO!

Rode my bike 14 miles to the gym and back, and a 45-minute arm workout while there.

Friday: Crossfit Open 15.4 - In 8 min did 3 HSPU, 3 Cleans 125 lb (my 1RM), 6 HSPU, 3 Cleans, 9 HSPU, 3 Cleans, 4 HSPU (hand stand pushups). 31 reps total. Saturday: 3.8 mile jog (first jog since January) Sunday: Redo Crossfit Open 15.4 cause I know I can do the cleans faster - In 8 min did 3 HSPU, 3 Cleans 125 lb (my 1RM), 6 HSPU, 3 Cleans, 9 HSPU, 3 Cleans, 7 HSPU (hand stand pushups). 34 reps this time. Put me in 104th place out of 3100 women in the world in my age group. Monday: 15 min AMRAP 20 double unders, 15 pushups (damn my triceps hurt) and 10 overhead squats 65 lb. Did 5 rounds + 27 reps. Tuesday: rest
