Today was arm day. Workout part 2 will be a bike ride. 20-30 miles methinks.

Gotta burn off the 1,000 calories or so I've already taken in today...

Started out with a quicky fuck followed by a heavy shoulder workout.

Today was leg day. I do one warm up set and then three sets. I work my entire leg -- quads and hamstring and calves. For the quads I warm up with leg extensions and move on to single dumbell squats and wide leg plie squats and finish up with calves (raises). I hit my shoulders with overhead presses and high pulls. I don't shrug as my traps are good. I end with a five minute cool down on the recumbent bike. I am done in 45 minutes as I super set.

Chill out can mean socialize, fuck, party, dance, drink... possibly even ride a bike. But not hit the weights.

ummm what is chill out? Joking I know what it is I just do not do it well. Its why I like sex every night, I sleep so much better. When hubby isn't in town I don't go to bed until late at night because I can't relax.

Actually for me it's more like I don't exercise well if I have much in my stomach. It's also mental - once I get bogged down in work etc I find it hard to break away. By the end of the day I just want to chill out.
