Working on a house is different from the gym or kayaking. Turning a hundred rusted screws on and old RV fences really took a lot of arm strength.

Fence will be all fixed today..Yaaa!!!

What type of results have you seen with HMB, and how do you use it?

I didn't get any appreciable increase (improvement) in muscle mass. I would say it did help with recovery which is the anticatabolic role of the supplement, which in theory would aid in building muscle over a cycle.

IMHO there are allot of factors that would come into play to get the increase in muscle mass... age, diet, age, and nutrition, age workouts, rest, etc. ...did I mention age? I say this bc younger guys I workout with will put on mass very easily (by comparison).

I took it by capsules at recommended doses making sure one of the doses was prior to working out. Again, this was my experience and YMMV.

i motivated my kiddo to do 50 crunches

heh. heh. heh.

OnT:

other than sunday, very short stints of cardio and only very minor wheezing.

squats situps and crunches.

baby steps. i will get back to the gym—hopefully by the weekend.

"did you stick with the HMB? " I did a couple of cycles but did not see any improvements. Back to just pure leucine.

OT, unscheduled few days off from any working out.

Tomorrow I will skip - I need to be out the door at 7 am to get to the launch site in time to watch the Falcon Heavy take off/blow up.
