I'm very routine-driven. A disruption to my routine generally means no workout.

I mean, I try - but I just can't bring myself to do it. I still manage to work out 20 times a month even with the disruptions. We'll see.

Life is about to change big time in these here parts...

OT: 45 of elliptical XTR; followed by squats, plies, crunches, and 30 of yogahhhh.

VA - not 100% sure why "hitting the road" means no workouts - maybe not regular workouts but here are two thoughts 1) couples resistance 2) travel TRX system - goes anywhere there is a door !!

You should be able to do bodyweight stuff to at least keep a level of fitness.

Going on 15 days in a row of not missing a workout. Yay! Today was leg day.

Unfortunately this streak will need to end on October 12 when we hit the road again and will likely not resume in early November. We will see.

Yondude: That's the ticket. When I do my yoga practice and have to pee afterwards, I know I had a good practice. When I was busting it out in the gym, when I had to throw up, that was a good workout....you go boy!

30 minutes of HIIT at the track. Almost threw up so I'm guessing that was a good workout.

We both go to the gym to get our workout a couple of days a week. I the male half do mostly cardio that is why I enjoy sexercise lol. Anyway my goal is to go down 20 pounds more from 205 to 185. Great to see some swingers take care of themselves. For me I have to stay in decent shape for my health, my wife, my kids, my job and for my swinging ladies :)
