Be sure to drink extra water, it was recently discovered that one of the number one causes of hear attack is dehydration (it thickens the blood), which is also indicated by cramps. Drinking alcohol accelerates dehydration. It is also good to take a mega mineral, especially on those days you think you will sweat allot. Just sayin!

2 hours of outdoor cardio.. in this heat AND then 30 min. of weights! So sweaty I'm cramping now.

One hour of weights and cardio at the gym instead of lunch. :-) Very sweaty!

heh. i had some extra gruüvy cardio time yesterday but didn't track it. i was slackin' a lil bit. ;-*

today: one nice gruüvy cardio session after tons of walking. got my steps goal a few days in a row. now to work on the sleep goal.

...of course a pit stop to refuel with some beer and whiskey first. Probably gonna end up just riding far enough enough to get some muscle enhancing rays and come back to refuel..
