Finally got my ab and shoulder workout this morning that I was supposed to do yesterday. They painted the ceiling with some nasty sealer so I'm about half sick from the stink.

40 min. Weights, 25 min. cardio, 20 min. core (tougher).

40 minute run workout: 10 minute warm up, 20 minutes of 1 minute hard (sub 6:30 mile pace) and 1 minute 7-8 mile pace to recover, 10 minute cool down.

Yondude, the good news is that pace doesn't matter. Calories are burned regardless of pace. Also trail running paces vary drastically depending on terrain.
