Chasing my little boy around the house to get him his evening bath and pick up the mess he makes, that is my workout everyday after a hard day at the office. Uugghhh, but I would not trade it in for the world.

These are big eating/drnking months coming up at least for me too. I step up more at the gym just to stay even. Insanity should trim something even with DOR's. You got this! New Years at 200? Nice celebration. :-)

" I'll bet if you get through to Day 58 you will be close if not below 200. "

Well, day 58 would be Jan. 3. I seriously doubt that it'll end on schedule - there are going to be some unplanned "rest" days in there that push it out a little. And I'm probably going to eat much more than I should, more than once.

But whatevs - still 209... come on... arrg...

two rounds of cardio:long elliptical and shorter treadmill hill intervals level 10. felt guuuüd to blast out some cardio yayas today.

3 sets on each of five leg iterations: increased weights yesterday, so kept the weight heavier on the first 2 sets.

3 sets back extensions and 3 sets standing oblique pulls (i'm glad i worked up to 3 sets--felt that!!)

will finish with the day's allotment of squats pliés bridges and crunches.

and a much needed stretch.
