Omg BLM I was sooooo sore this am too...BUT I muddled through and before long I was "dancing" up the stairmaster, running and doing my LE work. Feel good now. TOmorrow morning well let's say it will be my day off.

Not too bad on the food intake this week...Pretty sore but going to get it in..(1/2 hr lift 1/2 hr bike).. turning up the headphones will help some

yesterday was PT exercises and pole. Today? most likely just PT exercises and barn work, have lots of other stuff on my plate for today.

I'm so not a runner. I will only run if something is chasing me that I can't kill with a stiletto. My butt is from Italian genes, and lots of squats, kick backs, etc specially in heels.

@rosie most of mine is on the elliptical since it's easier on my joints, unless i can find time to go to the nice springy track near my house. Congrats on finding a good workout for your runner's butt!-Mrs

That's amazing HotTN!!!!! I wish I could still run! Back surgery makes it impossible - only thing I can do is sideways running on the treadmill for brief intervals. But stairmaster is giving me back the runners butt!!!

It really does right! My body has been cooperating these last few months (no injuries) and I'm able to push harder. Motivation is fairly decent too.

Tonight - (1/2hr lift 1/2hr bike) 100% Yippee!

What a difference two weeks makes. 20 minutes on stairmaster today! 30 min walk with pooch and UE work .
