Yesterday - 21 mile road bike ride outside and then gym for back and abs for about an hour

Replenished and replaced some kcals / and got to spend precious SSGP time catching up on our week. :-)

i had a minor biopsy last week but i'm kinda flummoxed how long it's taking me to feel 100% vis a vis lifting. the cardio--no issues. the lifting i've taken 2 steps forward one step back kinda thing.

so far today, 2 gruüvy cardio sessions. planning to hit my local gym tonight for an hour or so and get in a full legs w/o hoping my legs will be up for it.

yesterday was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

one set max weight for each of five leg iterations

and two sets each:

dead lift/bent over row combo

supine bench press/barbell

supine bench press with rotation/dumbbells

supine overhead pullovers

the day's allotment of squats pliés and bridges

a measly 400 crunches

and (best part!) some precious refuel and catchup time with my ssgp <3

I was "off" for Saturday through Monday, unfortunately, but got back in Tuesday.

Therefore, today is Insanity, day 13, plus arms.

Last evening second spin class a little more intense ,OMG we were rolling ,my thighs hurt some this morning No pain No gain .

Last evening I did my first official Spin Class ,OMG my legs will never be the same LOL. It was interesting the mechanic that goes in to it ,Knee position ,Foot position , and the height you sit at . I had a wonderful instructor ,she explain everything ,I'm ready lesson #2 .tonight . Ready for the Tour De France LOL
