another 47 minutes at level 10

i skipped yesterday cause there was just no way to squeeze it in between early evening stuff and i didn't get home till 2 so i was NOT goin then!

today it was 90 minutes: 35 on the stairmill (level 4, only 81 floors); 35 minutes at level 10 on the cybex and then a 20 minute hill course on the treadmill at level 9 to cool down--i think i'll crank the treadmill up to level 10 tomorrow.

tonight's soiree hopefully means: dancing!!!

only a straight 30 of cardio level 10 on monday--pressed for time. tonight i will hit the gym after dinnet/drinks. shooting for an hour aday between tonight & monday--somehow i will make that happen!

WOD-1/2 hr. weights 1/2 hr. treadmill Rolling Hills. Legs are stiff now.

WOD - 1 hr. weights! Been wantin to do this for a long time. Weight is one pound down. :-)

thanks njnysheluvsdancintoo! You'd think I would have burned extra pound .. must have been all the delicious Cuban food!

WOD - 1/2 hr. weights 1/2 hr. sta. bike Level 10.. no need to step it up..getting a great burn and sweat!
