After my leg day, the following day I did back, biceps, abs and cardio; late night yoga. Today was chest and triceps and cardio. I did inclined bench press on the machine as I felt my upper chest looked a bit flat and needed to be pumped up, especially for the dress I am about to put on.

yesterday was an extremely abbreviated cardio session.

about 10 minutes in to an hour at the mo. much needed.

For the last 2 days it's been moving.

"quickie" HIIT cardio--35 minutes.

will hit the squats plies etc in a while. gotta get some other stuff done first.

just about finishing up 45 HIIT cardio. the rest of today's workout has to wait till tonite. places to go stuff to do.

Today was arm day but a bit of a struggle. I was feeling a little weak but I got through it.

However, it is after these kind of workouts that I feel like I've accomplished the most. Time to feed my poor muscles...
