Spent an hour working out at the Physical therapists, treadmill, lunges, special walks, elevator abs (15min worth...oye) leg lifts, squats, and other assorted exercises.

Very nice PG! lots of hard work for sure. So easy to find motivation on this site. :-) Today..hmm... I definitely need my power hour (lifting and cardio non-stop) too much food and fun over the last five days..BUT need to go at 75% so I can do again and again and again..this week :-)

PT exercises...for next week going to attempt to find a relatively flat place (I'm not allowed to do much on hills) for youngest and I to bike ride in the mornings. Easier said than done in the rolling hills of the bluegrass.

My new challenge.....stay on the stair master at the gym for more than 10 minutes and still be able to breath. Geez that thing knocks the wind out of me and yet I can go on the arc trainer at high intensity for 20 minutes np.

Early morning 4 mile run and 1/2 hour of tennis and a nice 1 mile walk later with the doggies. -Mrs

Monday: 5 rounds: 5 Deadlift @ 165-185 lb, 5 strict pullups (used blue band) rest 3 min 5 Power Cleans 95-105 lb, 10 kipping pullups (used lighter band) rest 2 min Total time 31:48 = 8:48 workout time.

Tuesday: Find 1 RM push press. 125 lb (postop PR!!! = to my pre-backsurgery 1RM) 15 min AMRAP: 45 doubleunders, 30 alt barbell lunges 65 lb, 15 kettlebell swings 35 lb. 3 rounds + 8 doubleunders.

Wednesday: Difficulty standing up or squatting down (legs soooo sore after those lunges).
