Today is a rest day for Insanity. I totally nailed it.

Still did arms for weights though.

pure, chasing after the kidlets is the best.

(the one set maxes was legs. predictable.)

kickin cardio today: long elliptical interval on high resistance/high incline; shorter treadmill hill intervals @ level 10 @ 4.3 mph

one set 10 reps @ (higher) max weight

3 sets: lat pull downs (wide overhand & close underhanded grips); dead lift/bent over row; single arm bent over dumbbell rows.

and skipped everything else except a good stretch. too tired after a bad night's sleep. hoping for better sleep now.

Chasing my little boy around the house to get him his evening bath and pick up the mess he makes, that is my workout everyday after a hard day at the office. Uugghhh, but I would not trade it in for the world.

These are big eating/drnking months coming up at least for me too. I step up more at the gym just to stay even. Insanity should trim something even with DOR's. You got this! New Years at 200? Nice celebration. :-)

Well, day 58 would be Jan. 3. I seriously doubt that it'll end on schedule - there are going to be some unplanned "rest" days in there that push it out a little. And I'm probably going to eat much more than I should, more than once.

But whatevs - still 209... come on... arrg...
