Games prep workout (the folks in our box who plan to compete in the Crossfit Open that starts early March).

3 x 20 reps situps on the GHD (glute ham device).

5 x 2 three position snatch (power squat, hang squat, high hang) @ 70 lb
~60 sec rest between sets.

?12:00 AMRAP:
15 Deadlifts, 105 lbs
15 Push Up (Deficit)s (hands on 15 lb plates)
15 Box Jumps, 20 in
Did 5 rounds + 1 deadlift.

And tomorrow I rest.

Thanks Sed ya since i'm getting older I thought I should start doing something!! Never been much into watching what I eat and exercising when I was younger, but see the importance of it now. Def. what you eat is important, I did all the exercise in the world and wasn't loosing anything, then once I started counting calories and making eating adjustments weight just starting dropping. Actually I didn't even exercise! This time for my last 10lbs I plan to do both, hopefully this will get me out of the rut of shedding more pounds and hopefully loose fat in my tummy!

No, I used to be 130 before kids. Then after each kids I gained 20lbs putting me at 170 then I lost 20 putting me at 150 now. Not sure where u came up with 110? And I agree that would be too skinny!

So at 5'8 you weighed 110lbs pre kids? In my professional opinion that's just skinny.
But if that's what you're comfortable at, you can try.

Same with me, I hate my breasts, there was nothing left of them, just two flat flappy things that didn't even look like breasts. Thankfully I believe in better living through modern meds ;)
