Gym closes early today so got 5 miles running in on the treadmill. A pre-emptive calorie burn for all the Christmas Eve. food tonight. LOL!

Really long day at work and tired as can be.

Pecs : 4 sets 2x35 @ 15 reps warm up, 8 sets 2x65

Leg extensions: 4 sets 2x35 @ 10 reps, 6 sets 2x65

Elliptical fat burn level 12/20 5.2mph 1.8 miles

Resistive bike 30 minutes level 9/10 @ 14mph - 7 miles

Saturday evening, Pecs press and leg extensions: 4 sets 2x35 @15 reps warm up.

8 sets 2x75lbs @ 15 reps then 8 sets 2x45lbs @ 15 reps

Elliptical fat burn level 12/20 @ 20 minutes @ 5.2mph

Resistive bike terrain level 9/10 @ 30 minutes @ 15mph - approx. 8 miles

2 sets @ 20 reps each side - oblique crunches

an hour of glute camp on the cybex at level10 followed by 20 on the treadmill (hill intervals level 10) and then once over lightly for legs: leg presses, leg extensions, & leg curls.
