45 speedy elliptical minutes at home; 18 treadmill hill intervals level 10 @ 4.3 mph at the gym.

didn't have much time so: 1 set max weight on each of five iterations for legs; 1 set max weight for back extensions; 1 set each side standing oblique cable pulls (new higher weight); and 3 sets 10 squats (today's allotment) on the smith machine.

will do today's allotment of pliés and bridges during 5 minute breaks from the desk and get my crunches in tonight (planning 500).

cybex arc trainer glute camp level 10/45 minutes

treadmill hill intervals level 10/18 minutes @ 4.3 mph

1 set max weight each of five iterations for legs

1 set max weight for each of: dead lift/bent over row combo; supine bench press; supine bench press w/rotation; supine overhead pullovers; standing oblique cable pulls (bumped the weight up)

3 sets of squats (today's allotment in the newly restarted 10,000 squats challenge) on the smith machine

plus today's allotment of pliés and bridges, and 400 crunches, here at home.

gotta get up ****early**** in the morning to fit in more than the barest of workouts so...crossing fingers i sleep all the way thru to the alarm

Got mine for today plus ton of other stuff. Up a couple pounds but I'm good..have plenty of good food to attribute to the gain... Yum!!
