Yesterday was double farm girl workout.

This morning is pole and hard core stretch session, goal is both side splits and front splits by my birthday. Actually I'd like to be able to oversplit with right leg leading since if I'm warmed up well I have right leg leading splits already. Sadly I need my left in order to do the Jade since my invert/hip hold is much better on that side.

farm girl workout this morning, 3 hours of pole dancing in 6 inch heels this afternoon.

10 mile run followed by total body workout including legs. I think Youngs Double Chocolate Stout is recommended by SLS fitness gurus for recovery, so I will follow their advice.

Yesterday was first time back on the Concept2 Rower. Went for a short 2K.

Today back to Crossfit. Practiced by front squat with 55 & 65 lb only (muscle cleaning the bar from the ground).

Then 3 rounds (scaled down from the posted 5): 20 calorie Airdyne (evil machine!), 400m run (slow short stepped jog in my case), and 12 chin ups (used blue & red bands). 2 min rest between rounds. Didn't keep total time. Just wanted to get through it.

work out of the day was the farm girl workout. Cleaned stalls, dumped 22 muck tubs (which is lift heavy tub into wheel barrow, stack 3 and hope they stay while you push them UP hill to the dumpsters, lift them up over chest high dump into dumpsters) lifted 3 40lb bags of shavings in to wheelbarrow wheel them to the stalls, pickup carry into stall, set down cut open, pick up and dump them out, go get 3 more do the same. Picked up and emptied 3 50lb bags of grain.

Will do some flexi work later and maybe some pole.

Lower body work and core for about an hour followed with a quick 2+ mile run. Think I've purged the bad vacation excesses.
