yesterday (fri) was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

today was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

legs over lightly (sorta) with 1 set x 30 reps for each of five iterations

2 sets standing sven presses

4 sets 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersets of:

decline bench flyes

and

decline bench chest squeeze presses

and

biceps curls

then, supersets of:

stability ball overhead pullovers

and

stability ball single arm flyes

then....weighted windmills

leg stretches and back extension

miss my ssgp :-* <3

Cardio - road bike for 28 miles... would have been 30 but a Black Bear, just strolling down the road at one point, called for a slight detour!

Cardio - 23 miles on road bike thingy. Core - 1000 rep challenge routine.

About a mile kayak to my fishing spot on Lake Mead. Got into the fish little one to three pound catfish every few minutes or so getting to the bait before the carp. but i did get three big carp around 15 lbs and a few smaller ones. Then the moonsoon wind came up and it was one hell of a workout getting back

today ~ two gruüvy cardio sessions.

gonna shoot for 3 tomorrow.

saturday and sunday i *will* get to the gym!!!!

Be sure to drink extra water, it was recently discovered that one of the number one causes of hear attack is dehydration (it thickens the blood), which is also indicated by cramps. Drinking alcohol accelerates dehydration. It is also good to take a mega mineral, especially on those days you think you will sweat allot. Just sayin!

2 hours of outdoor cardio.. in this heat AND then 30 min. of weights! So sweaty I'm cramping now.
