3/4 (2/3?) thru 50 minutes of glute camp.

mebbe round it off with a lil bit of hill intervals on the treadmill.

starting today, going for a "streak" of 30 continuous workout days, and aiming to get back on track towards the lean mean cardio machine lurking inside under the fluff.

awesome pole sessions last night and this morning. The week off did my muscles good, my inverts were so much stronger and easier.

3 different trails with my grandson today, total 10 miles.. and a Pickelball tournament tonight.. I think I will forgo the weights today.

Yoga again. I have become shockingly fluffy and I'm working to correct that.

If cleaning out the recesses of our house counts, I'm doing that too.

Got my full workout WOD 30 min weights and 30 min sta. bike in last night and planning some bike riding today. :-)
