Hour of weights, 25 min of running intervals. And did not do 10 pull-ups. I did 13!

I got in a nice 3 mile trail run on mo day, then another 3 miles on the pavement yesterday. It's been a good week.

Workout routines are the same (weights and HIIT running). But accepted a challenge to do more than 10 proper form pullups by this Friday. Keeping fingers crossed that I'll be able to pull that off.

I had some medical issues to deal with which prevented me from working out like I normally do. This issue has been going on since May (I was still working out but with each session I'd pay heavily by being down for a few days afterwards). I was finally cleared last week to return full force.

Today was full body workout. And a five mile run on the treadmill. I feel fabulous, especially now, after showering and *glamming* up a bit in preparation to meet a SM for brunch....

Up to enjoy a cool morning run of 4+ miles with intervals thrown in. Needed to purge some toxins from some over indulging yesterday.

"One fact is straight up true and solid that I don't think anyone can argue with is this: If you are out of shape/overweight and keep doing the same thing you will stay that way."

I don't think anyone will give you any argument about that one.
