today was day 240

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

legs sorta over lightly

shoulders & arms, with some standing oblique cable pulls and back extension thrown in for good measure.

i skipped the weighted windmills and situps and ***gasp*** no stretch. may do a mini stretch before i get to sleep my back is a bit stiff.

miss my ssgp

stretch

and refueling and catching up with my ssgp :-* <3

thurs was 3 cardio/legs/back and quality catch up time with my ssgp <3

fri was 3 cardio

saturday was 2 cardio/legs/chest

yesterday was 2 cardio

started today off properly with a sweaty gruüvy cardio session, more to come, and gym later.

i am on day 239 of workout streak. not too shabby!

Have fun! Nothing will really get rid of soreness altogether..we just have to make it tolerable.

I've been taking two tablets of Clear Muscle from MuscleTech 30 minutes before my workouts. However, they recommend 3x a day. Walmart has the best price. I'm not as sore as I used to get. I'm also drinking way more water and that seems to help too.
