I got to get back doing my routine getting back in the gym. My arms getting a little bigger from push-ups. Now I am working burning out my belly fat more.

Arms and Abs

(Time constrained, so used this high paced workout)

SuperSet - Leg Lift, Crunches on Medicine ball, Dumb Bell Hammer, Side Hammer and Front curls all 25 reps each, repeat for 3 total sets... rest for 90 seconds between sets

SuperSet - Leg Ups on Decline Bench, Bench Crunches, Tri Rope Pull Downs, Bent Over Tri Rope Extensions, Tri Push Downs all 25 reps each and repeat for 3 sets, rest 90 seconds between sets

SuperSet- Leg Ups, Crunches, EZ Bar Curls, Tri Push Downs 4 sets of 25 reps on the abs exercises and 15 on the Bicep and Tricep exercises , rest 90 seconds between sets

Dumb Bell Wrist Twists 4 sets/ 30,40, 50, failure

Short sets of heavy weights and then a major ab and lower workout tonight fucking women at a party.

yesterday: 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

today: 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

considering the monstrous stress, i'm happy with fitting these in.

back to the gym tomorrow night.

WOD = 40 minutes glider thingy

First workout in 2 weeks - OMG I could not get home to a hot bath quick enough Not being able to workout could also be why I need that new bionic body part (13 days and counting)

Shoulder Day

Abs, 4 sets of 50 reps to warm up the core - weighted leg raises and crunches on smith rack and bench

Four sets of Shoulder exercises pyramid and super sets:

Cable side pulls and cable face pulls, shoulder press and Dumb Bell side raises, Reverse Arnold seated press and front dumb bell raises, seated one arm press and weighted dips, rear peck deck delts
