Leg day today. Squats and more squats. Half squats, box squats, hack squats. straight leg deadlifts, leg curls and extensions with some calf raises here and there.

3 miler around the hood. Oy I forgot about the East Coast humidity. But mission accomplished! Not to rehydrate!!!

Full body work out and 10 mile run in the dark: beautiful night for a late run. Just a headlight to show the way, so peaceful.

58 of amped up cardio. the a/c finally kicked in about 38 minutes in, just in time to save me from seriously overheating. whew!

squat plies & crunches still to come.

first day since i (wayyyyyy) overdid it at the gym that i felt up for it. literally was having pain in my glutes, my thighs, and my low back, i squatted way too much weight. sure felt fine while i was lifting it tho. things that make ya go hmmmm.

Ultrarun123: as did I. 30 minute run and multiple push-ups and pull-ups to failure. Finally breeched 10 pull-ups in a set. Woohoo.
