Leg day today. Nothing like an hour of squats (several kinds) to get the blood pumping. Then I get to do hams.

last couple of days its been a couple of hours of pole, and several hours of scrubbing grime out of the barn apartment. My shoulders are screaming at me, and of course my belly is swelly because that is what it does when I do a lot. Tuesday night was the worst, I swear I looked 5 months pregnant.

Late night sweaty but peaceful and relaxing 6 mile trail/road run. Than goodness Petzl makes awesome head lamps.
