I was right, my right thigh is NOT happy now. A matter of fact lovely black bruises are already showing up.

Pirategirl: There was a young lady who performed Saturday night at Caliente on the poll to Michael Jackson's Dirty Diana. She was so, so, good we all started applauding her and she had an amazing body, not skinny just awesome. She did a move similar to the pic you have posted here.

Arm day.

Only 3 workouts left before 10 days of travel. I'll see what I can do about exercise while away. Probably mostly dancing, swimming, and fucking.

Working out with the crew tonight. Gonna snatch triples up to 90%. Then back squat. Some sort of heavy pulls followed by a press. Conditioning will be a triplet of muscle ups, shuttle sprints, and kb swings.

My workout of the day will be to go hang upside down by one leg a lot. My thigh has become deconditioned to my weight hanging off it so this is going to burn.

I did shoulders and arms per the Kai Green workout I am doing. This training coupled with the diet is working wonders. I am happy.

Trail run this morning. I was feeling good and it is nice to be out in the woods early in the morning, not another soul around. Just me, the river, the ducks and the deer. I went about 5 miles and am not conditioned for that right now, I will be paying for that tomorrow.

I am off today! I did go against my first instinct to forego exercise this weekend but did take a yoga class yesterday. It was wonderful.
