back this morning. Lots of reps on DL a bunch of fluff then 2 sets of 14-18 reps at 405. I was a tired puppy this morning.

another hour of cardio (40 minutes in) soon to be followed by squats plies & crunches. and tonight there *will* be yoga.

there are advantages to working out at home. playing tunes loudly with no interference or buds or earphones. being able to free the "girls" from sportsbrabondage immediately upon exiting the cardio phase. doin the rest of the workout in whatever state of dress (or undress) suits my mood.

30/30 cardio elliptical and bike. @nynj: I finally got a good pair of headphones and they don't slip like the buds that were given to me. bought the ones that wrap around the ear...Sony...performs well.

Planet Fitness is a drop off site for the Treasure Coast Food Bank which saved me a trip so I was able to give my donation at the gym.

Legs. Lots of box squats, hams and a side order of Calfs.

Wed: Max reps strict press. 6 at 75 lb, 10 at 70 lb, 12 at 65 lb.

MetCON: Top of every minute 5 toes to bar then kettlebell swings until reach 100. 9:48 (grip totally gave out at the end).

Thur: Max reps ring dips. Red band for 11, red band for 12, then no band and got 4.

MetCON: 12 min AMRAP 3 dips, 6 power cleans 75 lb, 9 push presses 75 lb.

Triceps are toast.
