Legs today.

My left arm was a little sore from pitching Saturday, which made me have to cut my deadlifts short.

my workout yesterday was climbing up and down off a 3 step step stool with a paint brush many many many times to paint the beams on my vaulted living room ceiling. And using a roller on the rest of the ceiling. Shoulders are feeling it and butt. Today has been moving furniture and pulling up carpet and a zillion and one staples they were using to hold the carpet pad down.
