2 gruüvy cardio sessions.

thassall. legs feel great. hips & glutes still über stiff. should be able to handle tomorrow's planned return to the gym.

Spin bike thingy... 21 miles, 45 mins. Weighted chair crunches 4 sets of 25.....not feelin it today :(

One hour of weights and cardio! My feet still hurt a tad from the Max Challenge. Day of rest tomorrow...sort of.

Dude - you've been cycling for years and never got the (as Mrs. VA calls them) "clicky shoes"?

Just got a pair of shoes with the cleats on them to lock my foot into the pedal ,WOW made a different .I'm loving it .

This is getting serious. They make a huge difference especially out of the saddle when you do your climbing!!!

Insanity Max Cardio Circuit. A full 60 minutes, the longest of all of them. Plus arms.
