Chest and Triceps

Core warm up

IE upper, middle , lower pecs - incorporating super setting pyramid scheme 9 various pec exercises, each 5/F

IE Triceps super set pyramids, cable pulls, machine dips 3/F.

wimped out at the gym today. did a little workout a couples of sets of chest and legs and then went to bullshit in the hot tub for a hour.

Back Biceps and Abs

Abs - hanging side crunches, Bench leg ups. 4/30

IE routine Back - pull ups 3 sets, cable lat pull downs 5 sets, seated rows 5 sets, dumb bell rows 3 sets, upper cable cross overs 3 sets

IE routine Biceps - dumb bell hammer curls 3 sets, ez bar preacher curls 5 sets, seated nautilus curls 4 sets

yesterday was only squats situps and crunches.

today will get back on the cardio wagon.

every couple days, feel better, then feel worse again. hopefully this little spate of warmer weather will get the remnants of the flu induced congestion etc all the way gone.

really sucks to not be 100%—i think it’s 7 weeks now.

hoping to hit the gym this weekend for a good workout including weights.

Depends on the day. Today, it's back, bi's, core, and aerobic. Tomorrow will be chest, tri's, legs and lighter aerobic. Both days include stretching because I'm getting old...

I only lift weights once a week these days, so it's a few heavy compound lifts with free weights and then lighter functional work to strengthen core, shoulders, and arms, followed by an hour working on balance, yoga forms, a few explosive movements, then decompression. It makes a nice change from yoga.

I, the husband completed 1000 reps lower body today. 1300 or if i count ab work. Then some cardio. Thats the cycle im on now. Tomorrow upper body. High rep counts shakes up the routine. lol
