Shoulders this morning. I was going to do abs but changed my mind so abs and arms tomorrow. I think I might do a mid-afternoon trail run while it is nice and hot tomorrow too.

90 minutes of upper body weights/core and quick 2 miler for cardio. Have to jettison that beach food.

Way to go, Ultra.

I'm proud to be a master's athlete. Before forced time off this year, I was in the best fitness shape of my life. In 2013 I was 44th in the world for my age group in the Crossfit Open. Hope to be back in the top 100 next year. And get a couple Spartan races off my bucket list.

Today was my first CF WOD in two months. Light weight for overhead squats. Normally I'd be starting with 65 lb and working up to 85lb+. Today was 15 lb and 35 lb. For the Metcon, 5 rounds: 200m run, 3 deadlifts (95 lb instead of 185 lb), 6 strict pullups (used medium weight band). 12:49. First high intensity interval training in >2 months. #road2recovery
