no gym but guüd solid workouts especially today. taking apart a large machine and hauling down 2 flights of stairs and tossing in dumpster—i’ll be feeling that for a couple of days!!

add on a couple of very short stints of cardio —*with* resistance—and the day was rounded out.

i think i should sleep really well tonight once i get my brain to be quiet.

nope did not make it to the gym but did get more solid cardio in.

tomorrow night i hope to get to the gym.

sat/sun were “gym” days with lifting.

yesterday straight cardio day.

today will prolly be the same. tomorrow again—won’t have gym time.

SO: it’s gonna be a gym kinda weekend for me, and i will figure out a way to do some lifting three days in a row without crippling myself.

should i count getting a 110 lb package up a flight of stairs as additional resistance training? maybe i will try to get that same 110 lb package up the last flight of stairs tonight. we’ll see.

Today, Thursday - Cardio, Spin Bike Thingy

Monday - Chest (German Volume Routine), Triceps and Core

Tuesday - Legs and Core

Wednesday - Back (German Volume Routine), Biceps and Core

MY Streak is now 4 . At this rate I should make 5 days!

at this rate i should make 365 days :-D

yesterday and today were gym days. cardiogruüvin (of course!) plus (yesterday) legs & back and (today) legs and chest.

gonna get some core work in after a short cardio stint once i finish up a couple chores.

After a three days wedding party and feast I gained four pounds so its intense kayaking and weightlifting and veges until the weight comes off.

still plugging away...streak lives on!

yesterday was a gym day, did chest & cardio

and had post w/o time with my ssgp :-* <3

today was 3 gruüvy cardio sessions. had planned legs but got an important call just after cardio and had to run.

hoping to hit the gym the next couple nights. we’ll see.
