Did pistols for the first time (without using something to hold on to, or to pull me up). Pistols are one legged squats, hip has to go down below the crease of the knee. OMG! 24 hours later my butt muscles are yelling at me!

My trainer makes me do lunges, going up stairs and running up and down stairs.

What Seduction said! Squats are great! I personally love frog squats, and you can look it up on youtube to see how to do them correctly!

Be sure ti make your steps long enough that you actually feel the burning your butt. too short of a step will direct the focus to your quads
