oh, veggies... all the time. but I don't love many of them, so experimenting with new dishes all the time, and have just begun to eat more of them raw or quickly cooked. I just learned I was cooking all the nutrition out of them!

Thank you mandrc and welcome to the forums! :)

I have changed to Coconut oil mostly, but still use EVO sometimes. I try to keep my good fats at about 15-20g a day which usually include avocado or almonds.
I am still in the process of switching the little dairy i eat to whole or raw though. My milk and cottage cheese are still 2%. It's hard to change everything to very Clean all at once, so little by little I am getting there.

Many of my workouts do include the kettle bell, but you just reminded me of a kettlebell dvd I have that could probably replace a treadmill workout here and there. I love the kettlebell. lol

Congrats on the results! What about veggies? What kind of oils do you use? Do you stay away from low fat/fat free products? The best thing is stick with whole foods. I can eat tons of beef as long as I am eating clean. Just remember healthy fat is NOT a bad thing!

I would change up your exercise routine? What about adding kettlebells in? It is cardio/strength all in one and works you way differently than traditional weights. My suggestion is to not pick up a kettlebell without proper instruction.

I was at a weight loss standstill a week or so ago. So frustrating. I cut my calories even more and it did nothing. I then upped my calorie intake and the weight started coming off again. I think I had gone down too far in my calories and my body went into "starvation mode" and was hanging onto the weight.
