If you are looking for a first rate Omega3 with the proper blend and ratio's take a look at UDO's Oil. Best one I know.

While I have not tried Vaporize I have been taking Sesathin for some time. The forums on mind and muscle dot net have LOTS of feedback on it. While I have not seen any appreciable fat loss on it it is a really good product for its other health benefits. There is a ton of information about sesamin on the web. I have used it on and off since it first came on the market. BTW, I have only found Carlson's not to give me fish burps, but I have not tried a ton.
