Yes, my workouts are mostly with weights. They are 3 super sets of 2 exercises, 3 reps of each. Sometimes they include crunches, lunges, planks and are without weights. Different every week, just the same muscle groups on the same days. My cardio on the 3 other days is mainly walking fast and increasing running on treadmill, and pool aerobics. Adding walking can't hurt. Perhaps 45 minutes 5-6 days a week is not enough. I didn't know muscle weighs more than fat, I guess that must be happening a little. Its getting harder to stay motivated without seeing significant results though |
