| You haven't heard of this workout, go to you tube and check it out or Google it. If you don't have a lot of time an want a very intense workout I highly recommend it. This has speed up my metabolism and improved my running and mtn biking too. I love it. |

Wed we did a Tabata WOD with Kettlebells.
My score: 52 Tabata Goblet Squat (W/ Heartbeat), 35 lbs 88 Tabata Kettlebell Swing (1 arm, alt R/L), 35 lbs 70 Tabata Racked Kb Lunge (alt R/L), 35 lbs 54 Tabata Kettlebell Push Press (One Arm alt R/L), 35 lbs Total Reps: 264 This was heavy, especially resting on top of my boney shoulder. mrs svc |

oh yeah..i like the blupies and sqauts too....i like using this for just regular running too.

Love it and hate it.
Crossfit includes a lot of different tabata WODs. Most 'famous' is pullups, pushups, situps, air squats. 20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 8 rounds for each movement before moving to the next movement = 16 min total. Count your reps. Score total reps. mrs svc |
