Was wondering if anyone has ever used sauna suits? I used a neoprin blet for the first time the other day and there was a noticable different after my work out, but want to know about the sauna suits more.

If a sauna suit is what I think it is, and I'm thinking it's like a garbage bag suit for working out it in, all it is good for is temporary loss of water weight. Furthermore, it would elevate your temp and make your workout much less tolerable.
