So it is winter time... Are you training for some type of running event in 2013??? If so post which one and what it is. Mr.Sleepy will be doing a 5K & 10K this summer. But we will be at 10-15 running events in NC, SC, TN this year.
Also feel free to post if it happens to be your first.. Congrats to those who are doing there first run, no matter what it is. |

Nope.. Any type of event that you are training for. That sounds like fun. We did the bring angel trail a few years ago.

Does it have to be a running event? We are training for a "Rim to Rim" hike across the Grand Canyon in August
