I did my first 5K this summer and a Warrior Dash. I'm not a big fan of general running so I might do another 5K or two this coming summer but would rather do the Warrior Dash type events.
Might venture out into a Tough Mudder, Foam Fest type event too. I'm in the middle of job search and relocating possibilities so I can't really commit to a particular event yet. Some talk at the gym of doing a GoRuck - still figuring out what that is and if I could hack it. Good deal Mr. Sleepyhead |

got caught up in a jogging race thing last year (Ragnar and then the Las Vegas Rock'nRoll 1/2 Marathon - both firsts for me).
this year I'm setting sights on Wasatch Ragnar AND Las Vegas Ragnar (earn a Saints & Sinners medal) and the Air Force Marathon. mrs svc |

Hubby was going to do the NJ marathon on May 5th, but this year we'll be flying to Jamaica on that day.
For now, we're registered for the 5K Philly Zombie Run. |

So it is winter time... Are you training for some type of running event in 2013??? If so post which one and what it is. Mr.Sleepy will be doing a 5K & 10K this summer. But we will be at 10-15 running events in NC, SC, TN this year.
Also feel free to post if it happens to be your first.. Congrats to those who are doing there first run, no matter what it is. |
