Each day I want to be a better me, more fit, able to breath, able to excel, able to run, jump, play, look at myself in the mirror and be proud of who I am. Good luck on your journey, it is a journey and you'll eventually get back to the best point you can have. Will it be the peak you once had? Who knows, but you can only strive for that peak. You are the one to beat! But that's just me! ItsBeen

User Details are only visible to members.	Last January I was literally run over by an SUv while on a bike ride and I have struggled to try and get back into proper form. Previous to that it was 2 staph infections in 6 years, having a hand severed in press previous to that, shattered elbows, dislocated and degerated vertebrae, melted flesh from the ankle down in 5th grade and multiple other catastrophic injuries over the course of my lifetime. Running, basketball, cycling and strength challenges have been the only thing that has prevented me from going into a deep depression with all of my down times but this last one, being run over, has really taken the wind out of the sails and I struggle to get back. The only thing I keep telling myself is that I would rather have mobility with my pain so I plug along, lightly, in hopes that I can get back to dunking, sprinting for distance and overpowering my opponents. Its hard. Its always hard but we dont quit. We must stay motivated otherwise we have pain with NO mobility. Mobilty with pain is a better option. Thats my only motivation for now. Whats yours?
