Sha its always been like that. The key is to eat huge fat free salads and no fried foods and exercise. The best way i have found to lose three to five pounds in one day is to go free diving in cold water and hunt fish for three hours until i start to feel the first craps from overuse of my leg muscles.

The calories burn is amazing,, and that wearing a 7mm wetsuit.

the fitness and endurance that i have from doing this, the women just love.

If I work harder, I can eat more, and then work harder still, it's a vicious cycle.

A 6ft tall beautiful 40 year old blonde with big tits loved my fit body last night for hours. This is my motivation.

I love Vegas!

Mine.... we're going on a (vanilla) cruise in 2 weeks and I don't want to be a fat slob.

I'm still around 207 pounds but I've lost a lot of muscle tone and have softened in the 7 weeks of lethargy. Boooooooo!

I need to begin getting up in the morning again and going... but my now 7 week old cough is beginning to really piss me off...

Just hearing everyone complain about the pain they have, from bad backs to gout. This is a large part of my motivation. I have no pain and take no meds and will be that way until i am at least 80.

Motivation - everyone has theirs. For me I just find I feel better and stay healthier. Allot of people I know around my age complain about how they look and feel, but don't do anything about it .... so trying to defy father age is part of it too. At the gym I sometimes workout with allot of younger people which also helps to motivate.

Oh yeah, having a SSGP is total motivation too!

At 87, what’s your secret to keeping fit?

I’ve always exercised, and of course I’ve always danced. I tell people my motives [for exercising] have changed. In my 30s, I exercised to look good; in my 50s, I exercised to stay fit; in my 70s, I exercised to stay ambulatory; and in my 80s, I exercise to avoid assisted living.” Dick Van Dyke
