168 days and no smoking. the smell now makes me ill. Went to the doctor and my O2 level is 97% compared to 86% when I smoked. Life is better.

130 Days of no smoking and I have lost 9 lbs, and started to bulk, I ended up with a sweetheart trainer. I haven't felt this good in years.

that might be a good idea...I'll suggest that to my husband once he's ready to quit completely. Until then, he keeps cutting down. Good, but not best.

I have reached a milestone in my quest. I have now been off the patch for 60 days and off the gum for 30. I am a quitter and love it.

Day 4 and doing ok, cough drops and the patch helps a lot. Went to the Gym at the community center tonight after work. I actually made it :30 Min.Urges seem to be more spread out as time goes bye.

Quit March 10 2009 never looked back saved alot of money and feel alot better.Ii used chantix good luck to you just keep a possitive outlook.
