My walks have gone from 1/2 mile to 2 1/2 miles. My dog has lost 6 lbs. LOL she loves me more too.

Yes and thank you both.
I am amazed. 32 years of smoking. Wish I had done it sooner. Since quiting my dating has increased and so has my play dates. |
