| Anyone who says quitting smoking is easy has never smoked. I am on day three of my smokless journey. It is not thirst for nicotine (Addiction) that gets you it is the secondary urges that get you. Any Ideas out there to combat those secondary urges (the Habit). |

I have not had a cig in 3 years and it was hard at first every time I whated one I would suck on a dum dum sucker and it did help me alot .Just wish I would of stop a lot sooner.

I (female) quit last summer in July. Hardest thing I ever had to do! Just remember to take it minute by minute when the urge HITS.. and KNOW it'll pass.. Usually within 5 mins its gone. GOOD LUCK!

Now heres the deal..since we were born it has always been instilled in us to.NEVER QUIT ANYTHING..Therefor instead of saying your going to quit..by thinking that you have already Failed..in your mind it is more exceptable to say...Im going TO STOP Smokeing

It is official. I am no longer considered a smoker by my insurance company. I have made it a year. 365 days with out a cigarette. I love it.
