Hi all,

I'm looking to get down to 190 in 30 days.

Anyone recommend any good ways of slimming down?

I am doing crossfit and running 5 days a week...

I went from 200lbs to about 175 in about 4 weeks. I pretty much changed my diet , by introducing healthy substitutes for all the crap I had in the house. I began running morning and night every day. (slowly moved the pace up.) I was working abs and cardio every day as well. I would lift fairly heavy every other day and am still introducing new forms of exercise in between the other exercises. Best advice I have is get foods out of the house you know will tempt you. Replace them with healthy foods. Fruits, fresh vegetables. High protein low cal snacks. Small portions frequently was mentioned earlier and helps the binging. One day I barely won against a whole cake on the counter. The apples and nectarines I set on it saved me when I saw them and remembered to eat for my body not for entertainment. Oh start yoga also. Added that to the routine too.

Lemon, Lime, Orange....doesn't really matter. Increase activity/exercise & decrease calories. Get enough protein throughout the day to meet your needs. Small snacks so you don't get so hungry you binge. Voila!!

Jog 30 min 3-5 times a week. Drink a glass of water with the juice from 1 lemon in the AM. Cut calories and carbs and replace one meal a day with a protein shake.
