Sharing what it took for me

A few year back I embarked on a determined effort...To lose wight, tone my muscles, eat healthy and take the right supplements. Weight lose was a two pronged approach, power walking (worked up to 4 miles a day) and then injecting running to advancing to 5k races. The second attack was food portions and cutting out virtually all beef and gluten.

Toning, reintroduced my weightlifting and core routine, lifting biceps and triceps one day, shoulders and chest another. four days on two days off, reapeat. Core everyday at home (no gym needed)

Supplements - Began taking 1 red yeast rice a day for cholesterol, Co-Q-10, daily vitamins, zinc, Flax seed oil and on the days I lift I take Creatine in tablet form

Doctor followed my progress, and two years later, blood work of 18 year old, weight down 40lbs, bp at 120 over 70..

I continue to follow this regiment. I will admit it isn't easy and takes determination. I don't always hit every day, but I get right back on the program when I do let it slide.
