Yeah, ARX took me some time to get up to their speed. Yoga was the other that took a few times also. I enjoyed all of them though.

I did ab ripper x out of curiosity before I started insanity and I have never felt so out of shape on my life lol... the yoga one looks pretty freakin intense too

Almost finished with week one of Insanity. I did the Pure Cardio yesterday and it was the hardest workout I have ever encountered. By the end of it the majority of the people on the DVD were on the ground just trying to catch air.
