My IBW is 155 LMAO, I havent weighed 155 since I graduated HS, its a crock, I'll go by body fat percentage day in and day out.

I'm just amazed at all the folks who think of themselves as HWP. I'm at the very top of my IBW for my age and activity level so I'm juuuuuust barely HWP. I know I'm just one taco away from being a fatty. =sigh=
I see pics in some profiles of folks who consider themselves HWP. I mean, does the camera REALLY add 45 pounds? We've actually had to say "No fat people" on our profile. Sad if people are really THAT distorted in their body image but it seems to be so. |
