User Details are only visible to members.	It claims creatine although it is not Creapure which is supposedly the only worthwhile pharmaceutical grade creatine manufactured. Also if you tried to mix your own what causes the buzz? Is that the taurine that has the effect of caffeine. I'll have to google when I get some time. The BSN Nitrix is just Folic acid, L-arginine and a bit of creatine and that is an absurd price for something that is most easily roll your own. So I'll start with eliminating that expenditure until I figure what else to sub in for the N.O. - Xplode.

User Details are only visible to members.	I was getting nausea when I was on 2 scoops so I dropped to 1 and no problem. I scoop however did not make me as aggressive as 2 so I switched back to 2 and threw up every once in a while. I also like Jack3d and 1MR, but as previously stated, the effects are diminishing.

User Details are only visible to members.	hey for some reason when using no-xplode, nitrix, and cellmass for at least 4-8 weeks, you get a huge pump. but better than that you get a huge sex charge. last longer, more stamina. and mostly up-up never timbeeer. i think is a tremendous combination.

User Details are only visible to members.	I concur the N.O. - Xplode is bad medicine that sends me rushing to restroom within minutes but I swear by it. The vasodilator effects are evident in my abdominal wall and I believe key to putting off any need for Viagra anytime soon. lol! At least I haven't missed an evacuation in 8 years! However, I cycle two months on - one off and find I have to hammer myself with coffee during the off month to avoid a constant headache from caffeine withdrawal. I don't see anyway around this though. I think the key is keeping yourself well hydrated when on this stuff. Nowadays, and probably due to the lobbying efforts of Starbucks, caffeine is being promoted as beneficial to health in many "scientific" studies.

User Details are only visible to members.	no-explode is one of the best products i have tried. but taken in the morning on empty stomach is brutal. also have tried jack3d, this is also very good, but doesnt give you the pump that no-explode.

User Details are only visible to members.	As a health care professional I would like to point out how many young, healthy folks who show up in our ICU with heart issues...and they have been using NoExplode (or some version). Not a good idea. Not natural either. -h

User Details are only visible to members.	NO drinks really don't work (grr. I had a link to two peer-reviewed scientific articles here, but SLS won't let me post with them in ). It is only supposed to act as a vasodilator anyway, so if you're looking for that effect, just take any vasodilator (ephedrine was popular for a long while; some people still buy Bronk-Aid and take that. Others like tadalafil or seldinafil -- a.k.a. cialis and viagra...seriously!) The thing with Jack3d (and anything else that contains 1,3 Dimethylamylamine) is that you have to be really careful with the dosing, and after about a month of pre-workout usage, even if you only train 3-4 days a week), it'll stop having much, if any, effect. It'll also pretty much destroy your sleep if you take it at any point other than the morning, and possibly even then too, if you're sensitive to things like that. I love 1,3 Dimethylamylamine (I buy it raw), but I can only use it sparingly, and have to give up on getting any quality rest that night. Personally, caffeine's just as good, unless you're one of those people who believes they have to have a bunch of coffee just to get going in the morning. I don't really drink caffeine except pre-workout (when I've been known to have two -- yes, two -- 24 oz. Rockstar Recoverys), and it more than gets me through training. I've had to cut that out on all training days except when I train in the morning as well, because it was destroying my sleep. These days, I prefer to focus on getting my mind in the proper space to power through the lifts without stimulants; being unprepared mentally will ruin a training session no matter how many stimulants you're on, and being in the right frame of mind can drive you through what stimulants can't. Having said that, you wouldn't believe the amount of stimulants I'm on during competition. Between that and the adrenaline, it usually takes me 24 hours or so before I can fall asleep, and that's in a state of total physical exhaustion. ;)

User Details are only visible to members.	I think Anythingthatmoves said it best. If your taking a pre-workout drink just as NO_Xplode you will eventually develop a tolerance to it. ESPECIALLY if you follow the instructions and take it on non-workout days or days you don't need it. I used to switch between all sorts of pre-workout and post-workout supplements and in the end found out, as Anythingthatmoves will probably say, that they are good for "off days" (days your trying to find an excuse to get out of working out); but not as a crutch you need just to show up to the gym. BSN has some great products and one of the best tasting protein powder (syntha-6 I think its called)... but is WAY over priced. Plenty of ways to do it cheaper for the same affects....

User Details are only visible to members.	The problem with the drinks with 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (like Jack3d) is that your body builds a tolerance to it very quickly. I train 4 days a week, and after 2 weeks, anything with 1,3-Dimethylamylamine is pretty much worthless to me. I've found the best pre-workout formula's just caffeine and ephedrine. Either in the form of Bronkaid, or from ephedra powder. Though I generally don't need the latter unless I'm feeling really beat up and need the extra boost. Normally, a couple of large cans of Rockstar Recovery (because it's noncaffeinated) is more than enough to get me through 3 hours of training. Of course, I also take 5g of creatine pre-workout as well. The best approach, however, is to listen to your body. If you're feeling systemically weak, either you're having an off day, or it's time for a deload.
