Every time I drink this nasty stuff it makes me want to puke especially if i'm working abs. Does anyone else have the same problem ? Any suggestions on another pre-workout that doesn't make you sick ?

It is a transparent formulation with all ingredients clearly labeled. I used just one scoop in 8ozs to see the effect. Amazingly no upset tummy at all! I was able to workout without fear of leaving my bloated entrails behind me. lol! No jitters! No desire to decapitate mere mortals or bludgeon trainers with a dumbbell. In fact, I actually smiled at some woman and was utterly shocked when she began a conversation! Now, I've been dragging ass during the month off NO-Xplode so this was a welcome revival of that caffeine charge and tireless workout but without any bad side effects to report so far.

FDA Bans Active Ingredient in Jack3d as of May 9 DMAA (or 1,3-dimethylamylamine), one of the active ingredients in many popular pre-workout supplements, has been BANNED by the FDA after cases of heart attack, increased blood pressure and other complaints. DMAA is a form of caffeine commonly used in pre-workouts like Jack3d and Hemo Rage, among others. We warned months ago that DMAA was facing a ban (check it out here) and categorically noted that it is unsafe, and recommended against it. At that time, all major sports institutions, professional and collegiate, had already banned it, and now the FDA is against it, too. That doesn’t mean there are no safe pre-workouts, though!Last week the FDA gave notice specifically to 10 leading sports supplements manufacturer’s regarding the substance DMAA, or Methylhexeamine/1-3-dimethylalamine. This compound, often used in pre workout supplements due to it’s stimulatory and euphoric properties has been synthesized and used as a key ingredient in some of the most popular pre workout drinks over the past few years. The FDA suggest that the ingredient that has been synthetically cloned from Geranim, is in fact not a dietary ingredient, and thus, can not be legally used within any sports nutritional or food supplement product. In some countries such as Australia, the compound is actively classified as a narcotic officially. The letter sent out to the critical 10 manufacturer’s of DMAA containing products was suggested as stating that the companies have acted out of accordance with FDA guidelines, in that, the synthetically derived 1,3-dimethylalamine, issues a warning that the compound should not have been marketed for sale as a sports nutritional product as no evidence of safety has been submitted to the FDA. Not one of the companies had applied to use the ingredient under the NDI (New Dietary Ingredients) Directive either. The companies had been given 15 days to comply with the request to cease and desist any further retail and distribution of their products which contain the compound, or result in criminal prosecution from FDA enforcement with no further warning.

User Details are only visible to members.	Fruitcakes and all others I hope you know that Jack3D and all other DMAA containing supplements have been banned and should be pulled off of shelves already. The FDA found the substance DMAA which Jack3D claimed was from the geranium flower was not naturally occuring. DMAA was implacated in the deaths of 2 soldiers earlier this year which led to the investigation and ban. After some serious research, I am switching to Muscle Pump by Cytosport as it has transparent labeling. No mysterious blends of godknows what and uses Creapure which is the only safe source of creatine.

User Details are only visible to members.	I've tried just about everything out there and jac3d is the best by far...good pre-workout drink, good even pump during my workout...just make sure to start out slower and work your way up to a full scoop...and cycle on and off...

User Details are only visible to members.	New one. Apparently vaso-dilators like N.O. Xplode and ED drugs like Viagra should not be used in tandem. So I guess if you're thinking of getting started on this stuff and have used something for ED you need to get some guidance from a physician.
