TOPIC: New Running Program for Me

I've never been a runner...well, maybe some short-distance sprinting in track when I was younger, but never long distances. Matt, on the other hand, was always in cross-country and could do the long distances. Every once in a while he starts running again, but in the end he has to quit because he loses too much weight, too fast (what a horrible problem to have). So, with that in mind, I decided I needed to do something, but I didn't know where to start. I mean, how can I start running when I get winded doing the 20 minutes on a treadmill?? Well, today was my second day of the program and I'm happy to say I'm doing well still and looking forward to my fat depositing itself somewhere besides my tummy!
