agreed, when i am approached in the gym for help or advise i aways ask "will you listen to what i offer you?" lol they alway look at me like im crazy...

most ppl take what i say and run with it with some really cool results

lol they may not but they need too... people should educate them selves

and btw i eat 1.5 grams per lb per day...

wife is on 1 gram or better as well...

if and when i choose to train some one i wont unless they follow my rules (sounds mean but ... y waste my time if they arent going to get there goals)

other wise i agreee with 100%

o ya ... and from doing that we have meet some really freaking hot cpls on here... lol - and some really really wild times.

naught is a nother reason to eat right... work out and stay fit

it seriously feels so fucking good to eat healthy and exercise. Not trying to be mean or condescending but I dont understand how people can be overweight their whole lives and be content with themselves. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

agreed, i eat 6-7 or more meals a day, tho some days the food just doesnt go down.

all the low body fat ppl/body builders/ athletes i know all have one thing in common correct diets for their life style... low carb high protien

and lots of eating lololol

Fiery makes a great point, however, i think genetics play a larger role than just 10%.

Example : In my family, no one exercises hardly or eats super healthy and no one is overweight. In fact we are almost all pretty 'healthy looking'. I know other families that have almost the same lifestyle and they are look quite the opposite.
