My wife and I have been working out for a few months now and are not sure if we are correctly using the weight machines. On most of the machines, we are doing 3 sets of 10. On a few of the machines, this is a real strain on the last set to finish and our form is not good. We wonder if we should cut back to something like 3 sets of 8, or should we drop the weight a little and keep doing the 3 sets of 10?
