Oh sheesh! I'm sorry to hear that IB20. That sucks. ON the other hand, I would have loved to have purchased the stuff from you :).
Crunchy knee syndrome sucks. I've lived with it since the age of 18. |

Photoartist - thanks for the advice. I hate that noise when going up the steps...LOL
Also, you ladies and your camera porn! :-( I Had to sell my D300 last year, that and my lenses, including my beloved Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 - It broke my heart! But I'll get another one someday! |

Hi,
So sorry to hear of all the issues you are experiencing. While I merely have some osteoarthritis in my knees, it has been nonstop and cramps my workout style. I have had great success with Cayenne by Eclectic Institute - you can get it online at vitacostDOTcom. I also use ibuactin (available there too), along with OsteoBiFlex. I was taking these 2 with only so-so results, but when I added the cayenne, the pain was completely gone (but not the crinkling-cellophane sound when I bend my knees!) I hope this is helpful to you. |

Thanks Nekkid,
I do eat my vegetables and some fruits. I don't think I was that irregular, but I'm liking the effect of the fiber at night program. As far as the knee, I haven't been locking knees for awhile, that has been painful pre-Crossfit. I've stopped the hard impact Box jumps and my running style has changed to more of the soft, ball, forward leaning style. Running has never really been a problem (other than I hate it!). I've started rolling above and below the knee before workouts, wearing a soft brace and then icing after - seems to be helping so far. |

All vegetables and thick skinned fruits are your best sources for prebiotics. They contain micro and macro nutrients that also help your body heal and gives you energy to recover faster and improve performance without spending a ton of money on pills.
When performing those plyo based movements it is essential that you dont land on your heals driving the femur and tibialis bones against each other destroying the cartilage. NEVER LOCK THE KNEES! This occurs the most when your just standing around shifting your weight to stand effortlessly. Soft knees and strong muscles equal strong joints. |
