I saw that little fucker rolling around after I cramped and instantly thought of an alien trying to sneak out my belly button.
I have some limitations due to a spinal fusion, so I stopped using dead weight. The glider doesn't give me any stress to my lower back at all so it was a good investment. I'll need another surgery in a few years to correct another damaged area. |

I found myself flat on my back with belly cramps and spasms thinking I could push it, using my own number of reps per set.

Jeezus, what have I gotten myself into?
This thing is a torture rack if you do the program properly. |
