Anne enjoys hiking, running and yoga. We tend to do these together.

I (Robert) also purchased a Trek madone a few months ago I'm finally getting use to the carbon frame. For years I rode a alumunin bike about 120 miles a week. My major fittness activites include sex, cycling, surfing, mountaineering, swimming, and running in that order.

Sorry, not sure what the question or subject was from the original post.

HT: new road bike {Trek}.I won't get to do much riding until spring, but I couldn't resist a good deal and a comfortable ride that I loved:)

Muscle in my leg is feeling much better, but promised my Massage/Chiro I wouldn't try to put it over in my shoulder in a split until tomorrow.

Slow/Steady/Stubborn....probably better described as "determined". Mind over matter and pushing yourself to accomplish your goals - applies in fitness and life.

the 10,000 squats challenge is pushing me to new limits.

i've done squats in all configurations and combinations in the past but being committed to doing them daily, and at someone else's direction, is really cool. frankly a set in excess of 50 reps seemed like overkill but am enjoying the increased challenges.

and, my thighs are now even *more* firm than ever!

Thanks cls. My mantra "I may not be the fastest, or the strongest, but I'm stubborn". I've never quit. One night I was doing a 5 round WOD with running, box jumps and wall balls... stopped when I felt like I had the flu, but then got pissed at myself and went back to it until I finished it (didn't care it was my slowest time). And during a Fight Gone Bad outdoors in the frakking sun, almost got heat stroke during the second round. Stopped, cooled off, and returned an hour later to do it all the way through (albeit at a slower pace).

I'm a combo of tortoise and donkey, slow/steady/stubborn. LOL!
