Congratulations are in order. A great accomplishment for anyone and especially for those of us over 50. Now be sure to enter back into this slowly. Don't make my mistake and end out OOC for a few extra weeks. Getting old truly bites!

In spite of not being able to workout at all for over a month now, I have kept off the 11lbs I lost right after surgery. Hoping to get cleared next week to start back, I know it will be lightly at first, but this "try not to use your abs at all" crap is getting old. Although I did more then I should and they are sore today.

Some quick Ruck Hiking for about an hour just now. And no one else on the trails so it was all mine!

FHTOTD: getting 30 hard cardio minutes finished before anyone woke this morning.

wish i could enjoy running. too much impact on the joints. i may try adding a little this summer since i now live close (walking distance) to a quality track that will help lessen the impact.

swimming at dusk when i don't need to worry as much about the sun--looking forward to that. have to wait till after the 20th.

Another great workout. Today was chest, tri's and gluts day. Followed by a five mile HIIT on a treadmill (to 90% Max HR).
