HTFP - Rest Day! - All three WODS this week were good and feeling like I'm getting back to my pre-Cankle self.

Itsbeen- believe it or not, you are motivating me to get over my hump. I love to see and read success stories. I guess you've become my muse ;-)

LWC - Progression photos are 3 months apart - won't be until December, but the recent ones with the tattoo are from a week ago.

Happy to see you're interested. ;-)'

HT - I've sort of reached a plateau with my cardio workouts so decided to try something new. Set the incline on the treadmill to max (15%) and, without turning on the belt, walked quickly for 4 minutes, sprinted 1 minute - repeated for 4 times.

There was nothing sexy about me while I was doing this but I did get a high five from one of the hottie trainers at the gym :-)

OMG! you didn't trim your nails? fuck girl! the tips of my toes are hardened beyond recognition. My pedicurist always chastises me and has to work hard to soften the area. Though I keep my toenails trimmed (I get a pedicure 2 times a month), I tend to curl my toes when I walk, run or orgasm ;). When I do a longer run, anything above 5 miles, I wind up with bloody toe tips :/.

Survived the 1/2 Marathon. 2:09.42 Not bad since my longest run in YEARS was the 7.5 miles last weekend.

Most of it was seriously down hill so that made my early time relatively quick.
Dirt trail started the second half. Hit my pain level by mile 10. And all the down hill hurt my toes (need to trim the nails before the next long run).
