FHTOTD: getting 30 hard cardio minutes finished before anyone woke this morning.

wish i could enjoy running. too much impact on the joints. i may try adding a little this summer since i now live close (walking distance) to a quality track that will help lessen the impact.

swimming at dusk when i don't need to worry as much about the sun--looking forward to that. have to wait till after the 20th.

Another great workout. Today was chest, tri's and gluts day. Followed by a five mile HIIT on a treadmill (to 90% Max HR).

Feeling good this morning. Time to hit the trails! I'm planning on 5 miles and going to aim for 7 minute miles (not gonna get it but can dream lol) My big ass can haul tho.

FHTOTD: hitting the cardio at the end of the day after resisting the thought of it...and feelin really good afterwards.

that's the beauty of being in shape for the most part, even when you gain a little, muscles remember, and if you go back to your routines, they'll show, and they'll show fast (provided you're dedicated).
