of course you can, 2lbs a week is not a reach. certainly u could lose 2 lbs of water weight very easily but cutting out all salt for a few days

HTOTD, heading to the gym for the 4rth time this week. first time since the holiday madness started have i gotten to the gym 4 times in a week. next week back to 5!!
