the walking challenge for work started yesterday. Although I'm mad I forgot about it until last night so I missed a bunch of steps I could have logged sun am while I was still out dancing from Sat night and all the steps from the day on sunday :( started about 8 last night and as of 9:37 today have over 5000 steps in........woooooohooooo! And I haven't hit the elipitcal or the pole yet today.

Congrats Carrie!!! Fabulous work. HTOTD: Getting back onto schedule. Friday we could not gym it because our daughter had a sleep over, then yesterday we were busy and went out last night. So at noon today I'm taking my booty to the gym. Isn't it funny how integral a part of your life working out becomes? LOL! I don't work out and I'm like I'm missing something here...

I have lost 5 pounds even though I haven't really been able to work out much, with the kiddo out of school. I have been watching what I eat pretty closely. I am thinking of starting a daily log so I can see what my calorie intake is.

Starting? Hah! I've been telling your ass he is hot for months!! HTOTD: I have purged my diet, I've admittedly become lax and plain ass lazy. So I'm back to eating lean, healthy foods and I already feel better. Food can be toxic. Had a great workout tonight.

LOL I sound like you. I am sore as hell today, my thigh and abs are going I hate you bitch LOL......pilates is no joke. But it feels good! However, to avoid injuring myself I have chosen tonight to be my take off night. I'm waiting for Jay to arrive home with my Subway and chilling out. I'm totally excited about doing Pilates once a week, I'd like twice but I don't think I can make the one at 5:45 on Wednsdays.

Did my first pilates class today and loved it! We did yoga as warm up and pilates......it was hard lol. My legs and abs are already hurting so I'll be sore tomorrow but it was so much fun!!
