HTOD - Increased weight in leg press. That really makes me happy because although I pretty regularly increase weight in everything else, I have been stuck with the same weight in leg press for what feels like months. I'm really careful because I've had 5 knee surgeries (so far :-P ) and don't want to hurt them, but I also feel it's really important to have strong quads. Anyway, the weight was feeling pretty good, kinda easy, so we went ahead and upped it and although I am generally sore (in a good way) today, no adverse effects to my knees. Yay!

HMMMMM you know, we host a wonderful swingers pig roast and camp out Sept 11, at our home...this would be a great place to for all the weight loosers to meet!!!

Then can we all cheat our little hearts out for one day and get back on track again the next???

Down 78lbs....well maybe 80 after todays heat!

WOW Trish 10.5 inches is great!!!!! And loosing 2 lbs a week is actually awesome progress...Keep striving for more...your getting hotter and hotter looking by the day!!!! (You always were hot) kisses Kathie

Down 2.4 lbs ( not too much ...) but also down 10.5 inches , not too bad for 5 weeks....(in my mind anyway....LOL ) still working hard!!

I get weighed every Wed night at a weight loss class, it is a 12 week challange and we are seeing who looses the most over the 12 weeks... at 6 weeks we get remeasured as well...

Gary weighs himself nightly for medical reasons...

Last night weigh in down 3.4 more lbs... next week is weigh in and measure ( I think )
